This was my very first time using Phes and I was thoroughly impressed with the entire process from booking to completion of the job. I wanted to have my mother's home deep cleaned as an early Christmas gift. Phes is small, but a mighty team and A+ professionalism. I needed my house cleaned and have never used a cleaning service before. I called Phes who gave me a fair quote and accommodated my schedule, so I hired them for a one-time whole house cleaning. The Phes employee who came over was timely, professional, and—most importantly—EXCELLENT at her job. My house is spotless, and I couldn’t be happier. 10/10. I know who I’m calling next time I need my house cleaned!

Just want to say that Marisol was amazing! She was focused, nice, and really did an excellent job in cleaning the stove and refrigerator. Her hard work and dedication made me so grateful to have chosen this company for service. She did such a wonderful job so much that the appliances look brand new. Sal, Raquel and team did a fantastic job on my new home. They were able to schedule a deep clean-with add ons- with only 3 days notice. The cleaners were punctual and thorough. I could tell the cleaners were proud of their work and my house reflected that pride when they were done. Sal was also flexible with my payment options and was checking in with me during the cleaning. Definitely call them for services!

I tried for about two weeks to find a cleaning service to clean my new house. Had a few cancellations and then finally contacted Phes Services. They were able to send a cleaning crew to my new place within my time frame and budget. The ladies were very friendly, efficient, thorough and hard workers. Worth every penny to have peace of mind. Highly recommend. Had another service cancel after being booked and luckily, Phes was able to step up and help me with a move-out clean. Once I get settled, I might have to have them come on a regular basis. You will not be disappointed. Love my clean new condo. THANK YOU!

Recently used Phes services for a deep clean of our townhome and was very pleased with the entire experience. The booking process was easy: received a quote right away, confirmed the date I needed and set our appointment quickly. Our cleaners Daniella and Joel arrived on time (received a text when they were on route with an ETA) and first asked if there was anything specific they should focus on then promptly started the process and, as I was still working from home, asked me to check their work on each floor to ensure they didn’t miss anything I needed cleaned. Daniella and Joel were very pleasant and a pleasure to have in our home. I look forward to working with Phes again.

They did a FABULOUS job. Our fridge hadn’t been cleaned in 2+ years and it’s spotless now. Our floors and baseboards look great. Amazing job!!

I hired them for a deep clean in August. The lady showed up with an old vacuum and a swiffer. Laughable. She didn’t even clean the floors, the window sills, and there was still dirt and dust in places she should’ve cleaned. She didn’t speak any English so I couldn’t communicate with her. I will say she did a good job cleaning the tub but that’s about it. She also chipped glass on my table but I understand that was a mistake. I didn’t leave a review sooner because I wanted to forget about this experience. I had to clean everything myself after spending hundreds of dollars on this business. It was a total waste of money!!! Do not give them your money!!!

I had a wonderful cleaning experience through them! They were communicative, efficient, and my place looks immaculate. This was my first time trying them, and I now fully understand why they have such rave reviews. I will be using them as my cleaning service moving forward and I highly recommend.

This company is AMAZING!!! They provided great communication throughout the entire process, and I was able to book a deep cleaning service one day in advance. Edith, from Phes, did a fantastic job cleaning my home. She had such a positive attitude, greeted me with a smile, and was very attentive. Edith asked me exactly which areas needed the most attention and communicated well throughout. She executed everything in a timely manner. When I returned to the property, everything was amazingly clean. She did an excellent job on the bathtubs, kitchen, and cabinets. I'm thrilled to move into an exceptionally clean home. Easy to get an appointment quickly. Great communication. We needed a deep clean and loved that this business gives you a huge list of every single thing that will get cleaned. The person arrived exactly on time and completed everything on the list. Our kitchen and stove/oven were in terrible shape from a hoarding renter we had for years who obviously never cleaned. I don’t know how the Phes cleaner made it sparkle again! She was careful and efficient and extremely polite and answered all my questions. They also use good supplies, not the cheap stuff. We will be using them for more regular cleaning. They definitely proved themselves! Thank you, Phes!

This was my second time using Phes Cleaning, and the entire process was seamless from booking to completion. Norma and Ana cleaned my home again, and they did an exceptional job. They were incredibly kind, detail-oriented, and efficient, finishing everything in about 2 to 2.5 hours. Their work was fantastic, and I’ll definitely be using Phes again. Highly recommend!
