Please do not waste your money and time on this company. *especially* if you are considering them for a move-in clean. They took a very long time which would have been fine had they done what I paid for initially. In the photo I attached you can see how “clean” the floors were when they left after I wiped it with a clean Clorox wipe.

They notified me of additional charges if they exceed their time allotted for cleaning AFTER I paid and confirmed my appointment. They waived this which was fine but why tell someone that after the fact?

I paid extra for services such as cleaning the inside of the kitchen cabinets, fridge, and oven. All of which were dirty when they left. I notified them of the horrible work the team did and they scheduled a different team to come back but why does that need to happen in the first place? Why not just do the service properly to begin with? After they left from their re-clean it still wasn’t what you would expect from a move-in clean but at that point there was no reason for me to continue to argue with a company who clearly doesn’t have high standards for cleanliness so I told them it was fine as I had already come to terms with my waste of time and money.

Save yourself the hassle, don’t add extra stress to an already stressful time of moving and hire someone else.

Evelyna did a great job! She did everything I asked and then cleaned additional rooms. I'll be requesting Evelyna again in the near future! This service was so worth the price!

Reliable and thorough every time. We’ve been using them monthly and the quality hasn’t dropped once. They had great communication and a pet friendly staff!

The cleaner worked very hard and was mostly thorough. She did not clean the area around the toilet very well, so I had to go in and do it again. There was dust on top of the outlets too, so broadly great but attention to detail was lacking.

Edit: she also couldn’t get some stuck-on stuff on top of the stove cleaned and I ended up having to pay my landlords extra for additional cleaning. Not sure if they bring the heavier-duty stuff necessary for a move-out clean

Money grabbers. I’m avoiding these guys. $60 per hour per person 3 people Minimum 4 hours. $720 per clean. They will charge you full amount for cancellation too. CRAZY

I have always loved the job the cleaners do on my condo. Always professional; Always courteous and hard working. They take much pride in their work.

Tatiana did a great job! It was my first time using the company, and I was impressed with her communication and timely service. If there had been two people working, the process might have been quicker, but overall, the job was exceptional for 3 1/2 of work on a 700 or so sq ft apt.

Do NOT even try to use this service. This is an unbelievably terrible company. We have worked with many cleaning companies before, and this is by far the worst one.

We only requested deep cleaning and clearly stated that we wanted our home to be deep cleaned. We were never informed how many hours they would clean, nor were we told about their cleaning process. After exactly 3 hours, the cleaner left the house the moment the time was up, leaving behind a home that was still clearly dirty, as shown in the photos.

When we gave feedback, they offered a $30 refund, which is honestly insulting. This service was a complete regret. Stay away from this company.

I will also be filing a full dispute with my credit card company.

Great service great price and great results. Mak Cleaning was able to get the job done in a timely manner. The results were night and day. I could not believe how clean he made my stairs look.
