My wife, was so extremely satisfied with the service that Tom did that she lit up the phone with excitement and gratefulness. She was so pleased with the cleanliness and freshly smell. There are no words to express my appreciation for how well he did with cleaning my sectional and 2 rugs. He took his time and was patient in doing the job. I will be having Mak B Cleaning for now on to do my cleaning. I recommend this company to anyone. Tom did an amazing and professional job. Thank you Tom. You will be hearing from me every 6 months. Prior to providing a quote, a picture was sent to show the condition of the couches. A quote was provided and was a reasonable price. Having three dogs, the couches have typical wear and tear and dog dander.

During the services, it was clear that it would take a little longer due to some spots that required extra attention. Even with the extra labor, the provider stuck to the original quote. Small business owners can be more personable and adjust as they see fit. This business transaction proved to me that I wasn’t just another forgotten house, but a member of a community that can benefit from a local touch.
When the services were completed, the couches looked amazing. Extra attention was needed and the quote didn’t change. The provider was knowledgeable of what products were used and was honest about how to maintain with my dogs. The provider wasn’t pushing more business but definitely will be called upon again. Great service for the local area and job well done.

All good things! We regularly get our couches, rug, and sofa cleaned/treated every 6 months.
I’m extremely allergic to our family dog. He’s not on the couches but let’s be honest dander and his fur end up everyone. After Mak comes to clean I can sit on the couch without hives or any allergy symptoms!! It’s amazing.
Then around the 6 month mark I start to feel it again and I know we’re due!
He’s professional, punctual, and reliable every time. Thank you SO much. We’d recommend him a million times over. If you’re in need. Call him!

This is my 2nd time using MB upholstery cleaning and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results. Tom explains the process and is a pleasure to do business with.
