The managers are flexible when I need to change a cleaning date. The service is bonded, so accidents are covered by insurance. I look forward to many more years with the Maids of Oak Lawn!

I requested a deep cleaning and the 4 ladies did an excellent job. I could not be happier. They were friendly and courteous. My floors havent been this clean in months. I will definitely schedule them again.

These people did a FANTASTIC job overall. Hands down they have well respected people who were on time, and made sure that I was satisfied with my entire home. A lot of things I thought weren’t included, they went the extra mile to clean thoroughly and get it done correctly. Well done, would definitely recommend.

This company came recommended to me, but I had heard from others that they had extreme difficulty with cancellations and excuses. I should have listened... from my first appointment I experienced excuse after excuse. They were understaffed, late and did not do the job they promised to do. The owner, Chris, is extremely pleasant and because of that I gave multiple chances to deliver what was promised. I have only had Deshields for 3 cleanings: The first cleaning they were understaffed, no notes had been entered into my file and they were uncommunicative, but managed to get to my house (late) and perform the service. That service was nicely done. The 2nd service date... ughh... neither of the staff assigned to my home were on time and neither were from the 1st cleaning. One was 1/2 hour late and the other was almost 2-hours late. I was told they ran into traffic (??really??). They were done quicker than expected and spilled chemicals on my stone floor damaging and staining it. I was told they would have their insurance agent contact me... this never happened even after several reminders. The 3rd visit was the straw that broke the camel's back. Yet, another new face at my door step (I was promised that I would have the same crew each time). Extremely nice person, but I was told he was able to handle homes on his own. After speaking with him I realized he had only been with them for a couple of weeks. I expressed concern to Chris and was told that she would personally come by and perform a walk-through to ensure everything was done properly. Well, he was done in 1/2 the time anyone else (with a crew of 2-3 even) and Chris never showed. I tried to contact her and she didn't respond. She obviously says what she needs to say in order to get/keep your business, but has no ability to follow through or communicate. If you're looking for a cleaning service I suggest you avoid this one :(

I filled out the form on their website to request a ballpark estimate. No response. Weeks later I try again via an email that includes my general location, the size of my house, and some other details. Days later I get a response and am pressured to provide my exact address which I wasn't comfortable with. This is the only additional information they requested, which I find odd - a ballpark estimate doesn't need an address unless pricing is based on zip code vs services provided or hours worked. After several emails where I keep reminding them that I included my general location in my original email, I decide this company isn't worth the effort and tell them I've decided not to move forward with my request for a quote. Unnecessarily they respond to tell me that the location I included in the Original Email (finally read?) is out of their service area. I don't want to jump to conclusions as to why, but none of the options are positive. The entire experience felt uncomfortable, unprofessional, and was a waste of my time.

After 2 years of not having a cleaning crew, we decided to give Cleaning For Life a try. I was pleasantly surprised when Linda and Spencer arrived on time for our 1st deep clean and did a great job! After the final walkthrough, I was so relieved that I didn’t have to have anxiety about the cleaning not being done to my expectations, it looked fantastic, and smelled great too! They both were friendly and nice to chat with, looking forward to our bi-weekly clean, it feels amazing to have a deep cleaned house again!

Chris is very responsive and has a great team. They are hard working, ask about our personal expectations, and are just nice people. We have been with Deshields for 8 months now and are very happy customers.

I did not have a good experience. I paid for a deep cleaning and they did not deep clean. The side tables in the bedrooms were not dusted, the shelves in the bathrooms also not suited, the toilets and the master bathtub not cleaned (yes you heard me) and so on. I did not do the walk through as I was a work but when I did review the cleaning or lack thereof I called the owner twice and still have not heard back. It was not cheap as it was 3 floors and a treat to myself as a working mom. If asked I would never refer them!!

Exactly how a successful business should be run. Communication is easy. Any scheduling conflicts are solved. The cleaning technicians, ours recently was Patrick, did a great job, no complaints. Thank you!
