Excellent and professional process from estimates through completion. I appreciated that the quote was explicitly detailed by tree and recommended action, plus other options available. Scheduling was with days and the team was thorough and respectful of the property and neighbors. Stump grinding was the most complete I've experienced, much more comprehensive than others.

I had rwo trees removed from backyard, The four man team showed up, It was nice to see a well experience ground crew and air working together, 6hours later done, they clean everything up. I just call Roots back to remove a tree off the back of my garage. THANKS ROOTS for a job well done

Referred to from another local business, they came out in less than a day to take pictures and received a good quote, 2 days later, the job was done; although there was a small unintentional discrepancy, they made it right.

I've used Roots for 2 stump grinding jobs. Their prices are very competitive and the estimate process is very convenient. The guys are very nice and I highly recommend them.
The 1st job I paid them to fill in the hole with dirt after the stump removal from bushes I had removed. The dirt was filled with so many rocks it took me a year to try and clear out all those rocks before planting grass seeds.
The 2nd job I paid them to remove a tree stump and the chips but I still had to go back and remove remaining chips. I now have a trash can full of chips & dirt sitting in my garage. I was able to get rid of one barrel full of chips and dirt but I still have a trash can remaining. I'm planning to plant grass and didn't want to plant it over wood chips as it can cause mushrooms to grow on the surface when the wood chips decay.

I would say just communicate exactly what you're trying to do and they will accommodate you as much as they can.

We were very happy for the most part with their service. They could have done a little better job cleaning up limbs and branches from the ground. We spent a bit of time racking and cleaning up

We were extremely pleased with Roots! They were quick and efficient with their work, and very respectful of our property. They cleaned up everything including raking fallen leaves and cleaned the surrounding area with a leaf blower. We will use them again!

This is the second time we have used Roots. They have reasonable prices and are quick. Clean up was not as perfect this time as last, but it was those really hot days when they did the work. I will hire them again.

Roots tree service did an excellent job pruning the neigbor tree that had extended over my roof. Roots tree arrived early evaluated what needed to be done and executed the plan to perfection. I will definitely call Roots again if service is needed.

I have used Roots tree service for tree/ stump removal in the past and they did an amazing job! Quick and great cleanup!! This time around I used Roots tree service for tree injections for my young dogwoods. The technician was knowledgeable- diagnosed my trees and gave them the proper treatment and followed up on their progress as well. I would highly recommend Roots for any and all tree services!

Representative was timely and very knowledgeable. He explained in detail what the issue was with our tree. He returned a few days later and applied the treatment.

Great service and did a fantastic job on trimming my out of control sweet gum tree, along with a couple of other of my trees. The price was very reasonable when compared to some other quotes I received too. I thoroughly recommend!

They took out one large dying tree along with the stump and two other stumps in my yard, and made it look like they were never there!! My yard looks soo much better with having them gone. They did an amazing job!

Came out to evaluate, got us on schedule quickly, worked with us to get the tree down, was right up on the fence, and there was some slight damage, they helped us to get that all fixed quickly and easily, was very happy with the experience working with them and would do it again.
