This is the third time we had ROOTS take down BIG 30+ year old 50+ foot pine trees we inherited when we bought our home. All three times their service has been superb. From initial contact to final clean up I can't find any faults or criticisms. I recommended them to a neighbor and he was able to piggy back on my service call and they took down a similar tree on his property. They are the PRO's you want and need when removing buy trees on your property.

Roots took care of my tree trimming, removal and stump grinding for a competitive price. They did the job professionally and in a timely fashion. I absolutely recommend them for your yard care needs.

We lost a large branch from a tree in our back yard recently. Roots came the next day to take it away and clean up the mess. We ended up having to take the whole tree down. Roots took care of that too. Everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We could not have asked for a better experience. We’d highly recommend Roots to anyone!

I have been using Tee Time for a number of years, both at my old residence and now at my current residence. I have found them to be professional, attentive and reliable. Their customer service is top notch and very responsive. Their 7-step fertilization and lawn maintenance program has kept my lawn healthy and looking great over the years. They are also proactive in reaching out and alerting me to available services so that my lawn stays in great shape.

This was my first year with Tee Time. My lawn needed help. Their service helped make my lawn look the best it had for years. Really appreciated the phone call the day before service. Everyone from Customer Service to the Technician at Tee Time were very courteous and helpful.

For the past few years we had used another lawn care service, S-G. Being a service which isn’t year round and not at the top of my mind I continued to forget that their customer support had the personalities of a one week old dead Walleye in addition to seeing absolutely zero benefit from their products. After canceling their services (and receiving their emailed confirmation) for close to two months I received their plan for our property regarding the upcoming year. I sent another email advising I had told them to kick rocks and sent over their confirmation email to prove to them that yes, I despise you people.
My neighbor had been using Tee-Time and had always seemed extremely satisfied. I now know why. Tee-Time is timely, efficient, their products are a huge benefit to our lawn and most of all from the customer care to the technician they are all extremely kind and easy to get along with.

He explained to me about the organic treatments on my lawn. He was knowledgeable and able to communicate effectively. Have been using them for several years and have always had great service as well as fair pricing of services. They always call before our scheduled times and are prompt to show up. The service techs are great in explaining what they are doing. They also leave a detailed explanation on what was done and what we need to do such as watering the grass. We highly recommend them.
