I'm a newer customer of Home Heating and Cooling. The scheduling and reminders couldn't have been easier. The owner, Lindsey, personally handled everything which speaks to her dedication. The technician Nathan was on time, thorough, professional, and left everything tidy. Could not be more satisfied with this company!!!

Our serviceman was great! Our thermostat temperature gauge was off, and he fixed it, and our house is feeling much warmer. We’re very happy with the annual maintenance package we have with your business!

I appreciate Home heating and cooling because they kept me up to date on everything. They called to inform me of my service dates and times, they informed me when my tech was en route and they followed up after service was completed. I have nothing negative to say. Positive experience overall.

Was a little nervous using a 'new' company (new to me I mean) but very glad we did. Everybody showed up on time and fully equipped. It was a long day, two separate installs (full AC upstairs and a mini-split for the basement). We had a few rocky patches as it was a retrofit install, but the company came through 100% and I am completely happy with the final installation.

Will use them again without hesitation!

Update Aug 2023, just used them for a new split mini at a commercial building also. Another great experience.

Great experience! Fast coming to our house when our heat went out and fixed it quick! Jeff was knowledgeable and courteous. Definitely try them out if your in the area and need any work done!

The technician was knowledgeable patient to answer all of my questions. The customer service over the phone. Was it willing to answer my questions? And showed genuine concern about my needs surrounding the heating of my home. I bought the maintenance package and will give an update when the cooling system is serviced.

Nathan was extremely professional. He put on booties so he didn’t track anything in the house, which is much appreciated. He was efficient and fixed my furnace in record time. Cannot recommend enough!!!

Previous I had Jeff come out last month to do the twice a year maintenance. He was so amazing. He explained everything to me how to change the filter & how often.
Today Jaden came out to replace a part for the heater. When he came out about a week & a half ago he mentioned it & that if it goes I again it would need to be replaced. Those guys are very professional & polite. They explain everything to you as well. I don’t anything about it especially with hubby away at the moment.

Very happy with the service call! Nathan came out to do a heating system maintenance and as always, very friendly, professional, and detail-oriented. He made sure to explain the service and recommend minor adjustments I should do to ensure proper air flow of the area. Highly recommend

I needed a few mini-splits installed in a detached garage and these guys were great all around. Steve was out to give an estimate within a day of contacting them and was able to give several options for us. Within days of signing the contract they were able to come out and install the systems for us, and did a great job. Everything looks clean and professional. Brandon and Jesus were great and did solid work all around. Couldn’t be happier with everything.

I called at 4:40p.m (which is near closing hours with other HVAC companies) to set up an appointment. At 5:00pm the technician was on his way. By 5:30pm the technician was complete with the job. Wow! In less than an hour of contact the heat in my home was restored.

With that being said, the technician was personable and well versed in his craft. He immediately knew the issue as I described the malfunctions of the unit and solved the problem instantly.

I am so pleased with the urgency of service and affordability provided from this company. Thank you Thank You Thank you!! My first experience has urged me to be a loyal customer when it comes to all my HVAC needs.

We recently had to replace a furnace and AC unit. The service technicians were very detailed and did an excellent job of cleaning the area when work was completed. Both technicians explained in great detail the functions of both. We have used this company for repairs and regular maintenance a well. Always been satisfied.
I would also like to give mention to their office staff. They are a pleasure to deal with and work hard to accommodate your needs. Highly recommend!

Steve and his team helped us with the HVAC portion of our basement finish project and we were thoroughly satisfied with all of the work they did. They extended two 2 existing ducts, installed 3 additional supply ducts and installed 3 return stacks - one which was custom fabricated, as well. Before work was even started, Steve made sure that we had a clear understanding of everything that they would be doing before they did it. Highly recommend Home Heating & Cooling.

He didn't try to "upsell" on things we didn't need which is a rarity these days! Super fast and efficient service. We had an emergency because our heater stopped working right before the snow storm and Lindsay got us a same-day appointment. Jaden is super nice, honest, and respectful. I recommend them 💯

Extremely fast and professional service! My heating went out and within 30mins they were at my home and within two hours the repair was complete even with the fact that they had to purchase additional equipment. Very grateful for the service and would definitely recommend.
