Tyler and Luke arrived during the scheduled appointment time. Both were respectful, willing to answer my questions and efficient in servicing my AC system. Afterwards, Tyler fully explained the results of the service which he does every time. His input helps me understand what is normal and what isn’t when it comes to my AC efficiency. I am very happy with the service performed.

Today, Heritage replaced my 20 year old heating and airconditioning system that was struggling with this summer's first heatwave. It was a slightly complex job to make everything fit but Tyler and Luke did a great job. The installation looks neat and tidy. Both Tyler and Luke were highly qualified, fast, friendly, and efficient. 10 out of 10. Recommend.

Fantastic service! They sent someone out to check out busted a/c within 12 hours of it breaking during a heat wave. They got us temporarily up and running and installed our new unit a week later. Highly recommended. Heritage will always be our go to HVAC company.

The technicians installed a new central A/C system today. They were very quick and professional, yet they took the time to explain everything they were doing and gave me numerous opportunities to ask questions, etc. I would never use anyone but Heritage for my HVAC equipment.

Brian from Heritage did a great job inspecting my HVAC unit after a siding company damaged the system. I appreciated the prompt service. They were able to fit me in quickly to assess the issue.

Heritage was able to get someone out to investigate and repair our heating system within a reasonable amount of time; worked us into today’s schedule. Customer service was really helpful and friendly… same technician as last time who worked on our A/C and he remembered us, even some of the jokes from last visit, gives you that hometown feeling over the chain companies. Heritage is veteran owned and is a top notch company. The tech arrived on time, trouble shot the problem quickly, repaired the problem with parts carried in the repair van, and departed. Tech was engaging and nice as could be.

Service was completed with the up most care and professional manner. Technicians answered all my questions and explain how the new furnace will operate. They provided me with some air filters and replaced my thermostat at no additional charge. I only wish the military discount was higher.

Heritage responded to my failed furnace emergency on a Sunday (during the coldest temps in December) and worked first to try and repair the system, and then to get me scheduled ASAP for a full HVAC replacement when they determined repairs weren't possible. They even negotiated with another customer who had a scheduled replacement installation (but still had heat) to swap install dates with me so I wouldn't be without heat for quite as long!

Furnace went out just before a heavy snow set in. Tyler got her quickly, solved the problem, gave me great guidance about our furnace and headed for his next customer. Great guy! Will have them replace our old furnace in the spring.
