Our technician came early. He was friendly and knowledgeable, got our AC unit up and running right away. The price was reasonable too. Would definitely recommend this company.

System was leaking from secondary drains profusely. Called appointment in for next available, which was Saturday a.m.. Friday, when tech called, told him that I had fixed the leakage issue, but wanted a cleaning. NP, there in morning. After all is said and done, only then did the tech tell me that it was overtime because of when it was. I told him I fixed the emergency, he came, never told me, and then double-charged. Not cool, not appreciated. Other than that, tech was courteous and professional. Bad way to do business, though.

A/C unit wasn't keeping up on hot days. I cleaned coils and checked what I could. Heritage responded to online service request in morning and had refrigerant topped off by 3pm same day.
