In our newly purchased home, we had a whole house water filtration system installed, our tankless water heater flushed, a new garbage disposal installed, and a leaking valve on our refrigerator replaced within 2 days even with several issues that arose during the process.
Chase, Andrew, and Darryl were very professional and efficient in their work. They kept us updated with what they were doing and what to do/what to expect, were very patient with our many questions, was very friendly and knowledgeable, and just did an over all great job. We are pleased with their work and would highly recommend them for any plumbing issues you may have.

Rob is a great plumber of the ALEXANDER LLC Plumbing Co. who did a clean out for us when the kitchen sink and garbage disposal backed up from a grease buildup. He was courteous and friendly. He came promptly from another job in our area. I was very happy that within two hours everything was running smoothly. He warned my husband and I that using clogged drain opening products are acidic to PVC pipes can do damage. He gave great tips on preventing grease buildup. He was very customer friendly and very knowledgeable on doing the job right. Rob gave us his business card for ALEXANDER LLC PLUMBING and I will keep it and pass on his name and company name to everyone I know. The Alexander LLC earns a five star rating from us. ALEXANDER LLC is a great plumbing company with very reasonable prices!! You won’t be sorry you called and ask for Rob.

There are not enough stars! Brad and his team provided honest, prompt, and professional service from start to finish. We had many projects to complete and with each project customer satisfaction was their top priority. Every person on this team was highly knowledgeable! I would give them more stars if I could! Robb came today and fixed my garbage disposal that I thought was a lost cause. He also fixed my drain in the tub. This is the company you want to call no matter if it’s a small job or a huge job. I called to set up an estimate and James was on the job site the next day. Walked through my rental property with me and addressed each issue found during occupancy inspection. James got the quote to me within an hour! Within 24 hours of me accepting the bid, James had the permit pulled from Belleville to perform all the work. On the morning of the scheduled start, both Chase and Andrew showed up early and introduced themselves. James then walked them through the scope of work and they began right away. Chase did an amazing job making sure I knew what to expect and kept me in the loop the entire way. On day 2, both Chase and Andrew stayed until almost 9pm so they could meet their commitment and get the job done. I can’t imagine calling any other Plumbing Company and I highly recommend everyone do the same.

Chase fixed my issue with ease. Very professional and kind and explained everything as well as possible outcomes before starting the work to make sure I knew everything that could happen. Was able to get the cartridge out without any other issues. Cleaned up the pipes and got them ready for installation of the new cartridge. Very pleased with the work. Would recommend Alexander Plumbing in the future.

Rob installed a new A.O. Smith water heater for us last Wednesday and the workmanship was top-notch.

He was really personable and made sure everything was installed properly and neatly.

What I appreciated most was how informative he was—he explained how long the unit should last, how to register it for the warranty, and the basics of maintaining it so we get the most life out of it.

Had a great experience with Brad, Shane, Vince and crew at Alexander. They did a deck rebuild for us and were very good at asking clarifying questions and were efficient in their work. They (unexpectedly) had to start from the ground up with our project but didn’t hesitate to do the work and made other adjustments as needed. The crew was great to work with. Thanks again!
