I have used this company a few times. Very professional, and price is reasonable and worth it if you need Plumbing service.

Good quality plumber! Great work in a tight space, it had to be a semi-custom job installing a garbage disposal where it wouldn't fit, but Damon made it happen!

Honest people that do the job correctly, and bill you for the hours actually worked. Their staff goes above and beyond to fix problems with permanent solutions. I'll continue going to them for all my plumbing needs.

Dell was here working hard and completed job in about 30 minutes. He is most professional, courteous, and knowledgable. I give him a five star rating. Many thanks .

I've been using Tom and his workers for at least 10 to 15 years. They are really reliable and quick to respond. Anita is a great help as well.

I have always been happy with their services. They have installed pipes for us, fixed sinks, showers, water softener drain, unclogged a basement drain...Always friendly, efficient, and excellent work! My family wouldn’t use anyone else.

While the service man (Del) was knowledgeable and very professional the value of the service did NOT match the charge. The visit was 20-30 minutes long (half of which was talking to him and getting parts out of van) but was charged $115 ($25 "discount") for the first hour of service. Then after a very short google search I found the parts kit used ($5.94 at Lowe's) however was charged $27.25 for the parts (4.5 times the market price). This gives me a total bill of $144 for 20 mins of work. Lesson...do a google search on youtube videos to fix your problem yourself first then if you can't find it or too complicated, ask for prices ahead of time. Service was not worth $230 an hour.

I was able to get a plumber to come within hours of calling for an appt. The price was lower than I was quoted from multiple other competitors. I will 100% do business again soon. Thank you!

These are the plumbers you dream about! Lol. The downtown/hometown feel is real, and the herd mentality is NON EXISTENT. We have used other local plumbers and the prices were extremely unfair, with charges of $300 for twenty minutes of work to install a simple kitchen faucet! TRUE STORY.
Use this group and save yourself time looking around. Great all around experience.

Unfortunately I never got the opportunity to work with them. I called several times asking for a quote and never received a call back . The lady who answered was very nice and always promised me a call back from a manager. Based on their reviews seems like a good company to work with but they never followed up with an actual quote.

The BEST company ever. Referred from someone as the most honest and reasonable company he knows. I agree. From the time they picked the phone up, to leaving my house, it was amazing. Professional, personable, and super quick. Would refer time and time again.

we had to have 4 small gas leaks repaired. had called another plumber which gave us an estiamate of $6000 to replace hot water heater and fix gas leaks. when we called them he said over the phone he would estimate with a new hot water heater and repairs approximately $1400. After he came out replaced hot water heater and repairs we paid $1083. Did a great job, very profesional,explained things well.Explained follow up care or if we had questions. i highly recommend this company. very honest people

Was billed twice for the same work. Tom worked at a snails pace, spent almost the entire time just casually running sinks and showers. Waiting to see if a drip would drop, looking for a leak he couldn't fix. Billed $339. I contacted Anita to let her know this was supposed to be previously warrantied work, and still received an invoice for the full amount of time. He spent maybe the last 30 minutes fixing a separate issue. Billed for the full amount of time he was here. Didn't fix the issue. Still had a leak coming through the ceiling. They had to come back a third time to figure out what the shower was doing to cause the problem. Not pleased.

Highly recommend this company! The customer service is incredible and the work I’ve had done has been fantastic. Reasonable labor and parts charges, too. We will use this company as long as they’ll have us as customers.

They get us on their schedule and do great work. I can always count in them to come out and correctly diagnose and then fix our problems. This time is was making an adjustment to the electric water heater.

Great experience. Had a clogged toilet and the owner arrived within an hour of me calling. Got straight to the point and problem, answered any questions I had and replaced an old fill valve in the toilet after unclogging it. Did the job and more for less than the company I had first gotten ahold of to come take care of the problem later that day

After several other bad estimates and failed appearances from other plumbers we discovered Maxson Services. Every step of the process was wonderful. From the estimate to picking out our fixtures to the installation by Justin. It could not have been better. Job well done and I would recommend them for your plumbing needs.

I had my sump pump go out. Set up an appointment the next day and the service was great. The tech quickly diagnosed the issue and replaced it within 1 hour. Highly recommend them for your plumbing issues.
