Our water heater started leaking yesterday. They squeezed us in today to replace it. They were professional, polite, and on time. Replaced my water heater quickly and for a fair price. Couldn't be happier.

Rob was a godsend. He came to fixed what turned out to be a much bigger project than expected. He stayed anyway and fixed a shower that had long been leaking due to poor installation by a previous contractor. Rob did excellent work and saved the day—we had a house full of guests and it would have been tough to manage without access to the shower he fixed.

Rob was awesome. Really took the time to explain the process and our options. Our drain was really clogged but he worked hard to get us working again. Reasonable price too. Would recommend

Our water line from our well to the house burst and had water flooding our yard. James came out the next day, gave me an estimate and within an hour and half, Kenny was here digging (by Hand) the water line up and repairing it! Amazing Service!! James quickly came out to assess and gave us a fair a detailed and quote on the jobs we needed completed after the purchase of our new home. Chase even took the time to explain all the work that was done and how to best use our new garbage disposal and basic trouble shooting techniques (as we have never had one before).

I ordered a dishwasher from Lowe's and paid for their installation service. When the guy came out to install it, he said he couldn't hook it up due to the way my old dishwasher was installed. The pipe was soldered into the shutoff valve under the sink. I needed a way to attach the new installation kit. I called my buddy, Josh, at Alexander plumbing and he came to the rescue! He not only added a new shutoff valve but also put in my dishwasher for me. I really appreciated his quick response to my situation, his communication skills, and attention to detail. I'll be calling Alexander plumbing whenever I need any plumbing needs in the future!
