Reviews of local pros in O'Fallon, Illinois

Top notch customer service and honesty as always with this co.pany. they did a great job for a reasonable price on my eater heater repair. Parker did a great job no leftovers mess and explained any and all issues very well

My elderly father had a shower valve stop working at 10 p.m and he had to shut off all the water to his house. These guys answered the call first thing the next morning at 7:30 a.m. and were at the house fixing everything by 9 a.m. The Service tech Parker was awesome. Super knowledgeable, clean and professional. This had to be the best service company I have ever dealt with, and I have been in the trades 20 years. Well done guys. Now I see why they are Preferred!

Hot water heater replaced by Preston from Preferred Plumbing within the same day I called. Preston was respectful, professional and answering questions and informing me of annual upkeep. He installed all components to bring it up to code, quality work done efficently.

Great service! WIllie did the initial inspection and Parker did the updating. They were both awesome, especially Parker. I knew it wasn't gonna be an easy job, and he did great and was very thoughtful of the house. Thanks so much!

This is not my first time to use preferred plumbing. They’re very friendly and of course, very competent plumbing business.

Pipe break, called Preferred Plumbing and they responded the next day. Took their time to diagnose correct issue before opening the wall, completed the repair in excellent time. Now lets talk about Parker, good communications skills, took his time to diagnose the issue before just cutting holes. Explained what he was doing and very personable.

If you need plumbing work, call them and you will not be disappointed.

Preferred Plumbing did a really good job. I called in the morning and they had someone out within a 2 hours. The technician/plumber sent me a text when he was close by. He was clean, worried about my carpets with his shoes & carried all his tools in the first time. Resolved the issue properly and we are dry in our basement again. Thank you Mr. Goodman. Preferred Plumbing will be my only call for plumbing in the O’Fallon IL area. Thanks again.
