Nick and Tom came out to service and clean my condenser units. They were extremely professional, courteous and proficient. Nick has to be one of the nicest guys I've ever dealt with. He went over all my options for when the time comes to replace each unit as well. Thanks for the great service! I would definitely use them again.

Nick was knowledgeable and professional. He was able to explain what the problem was and quickly got my A/C going again. I wasn't sure what to expect because I was going through the Cinch Home Warranty. I would use them again if any other problems occur.

Josh was our technician, who was very professional, friendly, and capable to service our plumbing issues. He arrived in the timeframe scheduled, and in the earlier portion of the 4 hour window which was appreciated. He immediately began our service by asking to see the concerning areas for our plumbing, asking detailed questions and assessing the physical environment. He was rapidly able to identify the causations and apply resolution. A testament to his experience.

Josh and Adin replaced our water heater quickly and efficiently. They were very cordial and respectful. They also provided some insight on maintenance and explained how to turn on the pilot light. We will definitely use action mechanical services again thanks to these two!

Nick and Daniel came out to Install new parts for my air conditioner. Although I had a four hour window, they showed up at the second hour, which was wonderful. They were very nice, kept me informed on everything that was going on while making the repairs and installations. I had coils install, which took about three hours. Once completed they provided me with the proper maintenance instructions. They cleaned up and also left their business card in case I had any questions later? I was comfortable the entire time. Working with them was a great experience and I will use their services again. Highly recommended!

Although it took two weeks to get it all done, due to scheduling issues, I am so happy to have my bathrooms back! The employees were very nice and very professional and got the work done quickly, once started. They cleaned up after themselves too! I will definitely use this company in the future.

I had service for some plumbing issues on Thursday, October 24, 2024 from Josh at Action Mechanical through my home warranty. In the past Action Mechanical has come to my home and the techs have done decent work, but their customer service was lacking and I was not happy. I even had to report this to my home warranty company and really did not want them coming back to my home. But Josh is an EXCELLENT example of the great changes that obviously have been made at that company. Not only did he do great work, but he was very professional, personable, friendly and so respectful! He cleaned up after making the repairs and did not leave a big mess behind. I was highly satisfied with my service and I feel much better about having Action Mechanical provide services at my home. Thank you Josh! From start to finish Action has been great while handling my home warranty work. From the phones to the install guys everyone has been pleasant and professional. Shout out to the techs Nick and Mike for handling the water heater install like pros.🙂 I would use Action again for sure.

Nick was my service person. My air conditioner unit was manufactured in the 1950s. It is well maintained with original installation and operation manual. I could tell by my conversation with Nick that he was familiar with the model and understood its workings. He did not try to up-sale me to a modern unit. He discussed with me antique suppliers that I could go to if I needed to hunt down parts. I was very pleased with my service, and scheduled a fall maintenance for my furnace.

Fast customer service. Heat stopped working and it was fixed within a couple days. Nick was amazing and professional.
