Furnace stopped working. Heritage showed up same day. Brian was very professional and friendly. Explained what he was doing and the problem he found. Service was completed quickly and at a good price. I would definitely recommend Heritage.

Lawrence from Heritage Heating and Cooling was such a delight throughout the whole process. During a winter storm, our heating system stopped working. Lawrence came and diagnosed the problem fairly quickly and gave a detailed account of the issue and our next steps to remedy the problem. There was delays in Lawrence getting the system but he kept us informed the whole way. Once everything opened up after the storm, our system was replaced within a few hours. I would recommend this team in the future!!!

Our technician, Brian, was very professional and pleasant. He was able to diagnose the problem with our outside a/c unit quickly. The repairs were completed in a short amount of time. We were extremely pleased and plan to call them to return for a furnace check up next month. Our initial experience with Home Heating and Cooling occurred in May. Their professionalism and courtesy were truly outstanding. We needed to have our AC repaired following inadequate care by another service provider. We were without air conditioning for less than a week, during which two technicians visited, replaced our AC compressor, and ensured that the unit was functioning properly. They also took the time to ensure my complete satisfaction with their work.

We promptly scheduled another service, and today one of their technicians visited to flush our tankless water heater. He was exceptional, going above and beyond to remove air from the lines due to water being turned off, which was very impressive—as not all technicians take such steps. His professionalism was remarkable as well.

Brandon and his team installed a new heat pump system for us. They worked hard all day in the summer heat but still managed to do a quality installation. My wife said the sheet metal fabrication looked like art as well as craftsmanship. The system itself is very quiet yet produces plenty of cold air. I highly recommend Home Heating and Cooling.

After getting our roof replaced we were told by the roofers that we needed a new flue. I called Lindsay and at the time honestly had no idea what I was talking about just told her “the roofer said I need a new pipe thing on my roof”. Thankfully she knew exactly what I was talking about and Steve was out fixing it by the end of the week.
