They have a good customer service. We have dogs and they make sure to check with us about scheduling. We use them weekly, so the house is always clean. Like any cleaning service, it's important to tell them what your expectations are. Every time there was an issue, we communicated with them and they were very responsive.

Life gets in the way of routine cleaning. What I really needed was an end of summer cleaning. Then getting back on a regular cleaning schedule. Claudia did an excellent job! 5 stars!

I had a few minor communication issues from them, as well as different arrival timings given. They could work a bit more on those. Overall, they were very good and followed all the instructions I gave them. I especially loved that they had sent me a detailed email about the services I had requested, before I decided to book them. In fact, that was one of the main reasons why I went with them.

I do suggest that in the future, perhaps offer first-time customer discounts, especially on long jobs. I ended up having to pay a lot more than what they had quoted me. However, I am still satisfied with their cleaning and would probably use their services again.

UPDATE: I decided to change my 4-star rating to 3-stars based on new information I was given about the cleaners. I recently talked to my brother who was there during the actual cleaning and had monitored everything. He told me about a couple of incidents which do not reflect the best customer service. The cleaners had missed a few areas and when my brother brought those to their attention, one of the cleaners gave him some attitude and was not very happy about it. This doesn't reflect their guaranteed policy about going over areas which they haven't cleaned well or have missed. If their customer service doesn't cater to the satisfaction that is promised to the customer, then it's not a very reliable service. I do stand by my initial comments about their overall good cleaning. But it still looks like they need to work a bit more on customer satisfaction. After my brother's observations, along with the somewhat high price compared to the services rendered, I do not think I'd use them again.

Best Maids always does a great job cleaning my home. In particular, yesterday, Deanna and Sandra did an exceptional job. They were on time, always courteous and went above and beyond with their extra special touches throughout my home. I truly appreciated their attention to detail. Much appreciated!

First time using best maids & I was impressed! I talked with jocelyn and she was very professional and efficient! She was straightforward and let me know about policies so there would be no complications. We had 2 ladies come to deep clean my new home and I was amazed at how GREAT of a job they did!!! They got in between grout with specializied brushes! They cleaned my windows inside & out! They focused mainly on bathrooms and kitchen & they did amazing! Definitely considering on hiring them again for a monthly cleaning service! Thank you ladies at best maids! ❤

I've used Best Maids since 2016 and they were great. The only reason I ended service is because I moved. The prices are reasonable, the service is good and most importantly, I've never had any missing items which I've heard is sometimes a problem with cleaners. They were also VERY good with and nice to my dog who needed them to say Hi and pet her before she would let them work. :)

Best Maids were so quick and easy to work with. Their price is extremely reasonable and they did a fabulous job cleaning. Highly recommend! We are extremely happy with their service.

Best Maids has made it possible to age in place in my home - no more scrubbing the kitchen floor on my knees or lugging the vacuum up the stairs. Great service from Deanna, especially getting all the dirt and stains that my poor eyesight now misses. Nice to have a trustworthy service. Highly recommend!

Lauren did a fantastic job today. She cleaned the house very well, and then was excellent with my dogs. I couldn't ask for more. I'll be moving forward with weekly cleanings because of her.

1 year update: I've had several different cleaners since then, and they've all done great cleaning the house and are fantastic with my dogs. Such a helpful service.
