Change time with little notice. Was supposed to have cleaner today. They were late and parked blocking driveway. When I complained and said I wouldn’t use the again they pulled the cleaner. Not very professional and claimed that I was not telling them they issue.

Excellent cleaning. Understood what we wanted did a great great job cleaning. Now have them come in all the time.

The first cleaning experience was mixed. There were supposed to be two cleaners for the initial "deep cleaning" but only one showed. I understand things happen and she spent nearly 5 hours and did a thorough job, but did make me late for work.
My second experience was awful. The reason I hired them was due to me having surgery. I emailed them the Friday before with fool-proof pictures is my alarm keypad with the codes and which buttons to hit. Someone that was 5 years old and didn't speak any language could have figured it out. I also called to confirm they received the email and they confirmed and thanked me. So what happens?? They call me as I'm laying on a hospital gurney being wheeled I get a call that the cleaners cannot get into my house. My friend is trying to communicate with me (he answered the phone) and I'm under the influence of pre-op meds trying to explain ALL OF THE STEPS I TOOK TO PREVENT THAT EXACT SITUATION!
When we got back to my house, no one had been in the house we were both less than impressed with the cleaning. My alarm code showed they had been in and out in just over an hour. I have a 1400 SQ foot house. And I was charged full rate. I will never ever use them again.

2015 A total waste of money. They were supposed to do a spring cleaning. I was very specific about what I wanted done and that they were to be careful not to ruin my stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. Well, they did not even attempt to dust the dressers saying that falls under organizing and costs extra (by the way they did straighten the night stands in one bedroom, I wonder what the difference is). I replied that I did not ask you to organize just clean. they destroyed the finish on my $2000.00 stainless stove. They charged me for folding my laundry and did not fold one item. And let me not forget that they were supposed to be at my house between 2 and 3pm. At 3:20 I called to see where they were and was told they are in front of your house now. That was a lie because I was looking out of my window when I called. At that I was told "Oh, they passed your house and are on the way back. Another lie because my street is only 2 blocks long and no one drove by. When I tried to get the lady to clean the dressers I was told that they did not have time. Is it my fault that you arrived late? These people should not be in business at all and I wonder how they stay in business. Totally UNACCEPTABLE!

UPDATE: They issued a full refund and paid to repair my stove. They asked for a second chance to come back and do the job right. I declined but after not finding another company I liked I gave them a second chance. It was a little better BUT they charged me full price and charged me to fold the laundry again without even folding one item. I called them and asked why they didn't fold and was told the staff could not find the laundry room. LIARS, when the crew walked in the door I took her downstairs and specifically took her to the laundry room and told her to fold. I went to work and my son took over and also took her to the laundry room when she asked where it was. She is a bold face liar like the first crew that came. They changed me $230.00 including the price of folding and had to come back a second time to do it because the lady lied and said she couldn't find the laundry room. Don't hire them unless you are prepared to clean up after them and be over charged. I am not difficult to please but I do expect to get what I pay for. I would gladly pay any price to have the job done right and best maids DOES NOT DO THE JOB RIGHT

I have pleasure of having Maria clean my home. She comes on time and does a superior job. She is caring and a kind person. Respects my home and my time. Best Maids has been the best for the services I require. again Maria is the BEST !

Just a word to express how pleased I am with the beautiful job Best Maids does in training and choosing these talented woman who clean my house. I am very grateful to BM and especially to the people they employ and want to say thank you.

Have had a great experience working with Gaby who coordinates the schedules and customer calls as well as every hardworking woman cleaning my home every other week.

Wonderful to see Elvia again and of course she is her usual friendly, thorough and hard-working self. Best Maids' house-cleaners keep me sane. (and most likely peace in the home!)

I have been a client of Best Maids for almost 4 years. Up until this year we had virtually no problems. But their new general manager, Jocelyn, is the rudest and most unprofessional person I've dealt with. On two occasions they have cancelled service with no notice and on 2 separate occasions (today being one of them) they have claimed to be at my home (I work from home, btw) to clean and never showed but wanted to charge me a fee. They CONSTANTLY change their arrival times from morning to late evening due to staffing issues. I've been flexible as I often can make it work but to lie is an entirely different story. Today, when I asked to speak to Jocelyn's manager she informed me that there was no one above her and that she didn't appreciate me questioning her. So as opposed to continuing to questioning her terrible customer service and scheduling policies, I just cancelled my services at both my locations. As a business owner myself, I understand that COVID has caused businesses to be short-handed but there is never an excuse for poor customer service. Do better.
