Over the past few months, I’ve had great experiences with MaidPro and my pro, Jennifer. I love the communication from the staff. Everyone is welcoming and professional. Jennifer completes general housekeeping around our house. She is great to work with and we always love coming home after her visit! I am a new customer and new to this service. At first I was skeptical, but now I truly appreciate and value the extra help around the house with our busy schedules. Thank you!

We've used MaidPro for a few months now for biweekly cleanings, and we're pleasantly surprised. The coordinator I spoke to (Jane) was very detailed regarding what needed to be cleaned to make an estimate. The Pro cleaning our house (Tara) is very efficient (more than I would be) and cleans the whole house in only 2 or 3 hours. Since it is not as long as originally estimated, it ends up a little cheaper than anticipated. MaidPro really does a great job and it's always a pleasure to come back in a cleaned house. I would recommend MaidPro to anyone.

We have been using MaidPro for awhile now, and although I feel the house is clean to my liking once they complete it, I am over the moon since they brought on Heather Krumie. She is so thorough and everything seems so much cleaner, if that possible. Thank you Heather, for making everything so perfect. It is obvious that you care a lot.

I booked MaidPro for the first time in late January after seeing a discounted offer for a three-hour cleaning session. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the service. In three hours, the cleaner was only able to get through two bathrooms and the kitchen—and even those were not cleaned thoroughly.

The cleaner seemed inexperienced and unsure of what to do, which made the whole process slow and ineffective. It felt like it might have been her first day on the job.

After the appointment, the office did call to check on my experience. I expressed that I was not satisfied, and while they apologized, they explained that “everyone’s cleaning technique is different” and said they’d keep me in mind for the next time they have a discounted offer. That was frustrating, because I wasn’t looking for more discounted offers—I booked this as a trial with the intention of becoming a regular customer if the service was good. Sadly, based on this experience, I won’t be booking again. Definitely not worth the money or time.

First time using MaidPro and will never use them again. I paid for a deep clean after having construction at our house and it was still dirty after they left. When I did the final walk through several things were missed—sinks, counter tops, toilets, mirrors, floors. I asked them to redo it..especially after the price I was paying. I asked if these cleaning tasks were included for what I was paying and she said yes. I was shocked because basic things were missed. The employees were extremely unprofessional too. Making comments about our home to the point where we didn’t feel comfortable leaving them to clean. Nikki also went about yelling my name down the stairs while I was on a work call. I ignored her and she continued to yell my name. I am very dissatisfied with this company. One of the girls also made a comment how she used to do another house in our neighborhood but hasn’t been back. I wonder why??

I spoke with the manager this morning about
my experience and gave several examples of poor service and she simply said thank you for letting us know. That’s it? Wow. Pathetic.

Lizet did a great job on our home. This was our first experience with MaidPro and they did not disappoint from scheduling to the day of cleaning it all went smoothly. I will definitely be using this service again.

Serenity, Heather, and Emily were great. They were thorough and cleaned the areas that I wanted cleaned.

We are in the process of selling our parents home in Orland Park and needed a deep cleaning before listing. Jane and her team at MaidPro in Orland Park made the entire process from start to finish incredibly easy! A special thanks to Karissa who tirelessly and quickly cleaned all the rooms in such an exceptional manner that it literally made me cry - my mom would have loved to see how clean her house was. I would not hesitate for one second to hire the Orland Park MaidPro team again - actually I will once the house is sold. Thank you Jane for a wonderful job!

Last week, we had a new young lady come to clean our house - our regular was ill. She arrived on time, was very polite, was receptive to be shown what was her responsibilities.. Upon checking the upstairs, I noticed a couple of things she had missed, and she was immediately responsive and rectified the issue. Upon finishing , on time by the way, she asked if I would like to do a walk through to make sure she had taken care of everything. She finished on time and did a wonderful job..

We needed a deep clean and Jane was great getting us set up. Victoria and Nikki arrived right on time. They were both so nice and very thorough getting the house cleaned and smelling so good. We appreciated the time and care they took!

Even tho we haven't actually completed a service, I have experienced outstanding, positive customer service with communicating via email/phone with Jane Wisniewski, Sales and Customer Care. .

I responded to a Facebook post for MaidPro of Orland Park and within a few hours I received the initial call from Jane. We talked and I explained my circumstances and it was decided to have it done whenever I am ready. No pressure, no contract. She explained how scheduling is done and what to expect.

I had hoped to be ready for scheduling a one-time deep cleaning by the end of May (2025) with possibility of a regular scheduling ; however, it didn't happen. Still no pressure to hurry and schedule!

Looking forward to working with Jane and her staff--when I'm FINALLY ready!! I'll update the review after it's done.

We used MaidPro at our office for the first time yesterday and it was perfect. Victoria was great! She was on-time, professional, personable, and thorough. The entire office is immaculate! We were reticent as we have normally had cleaning services during only off-hours, but she was focused and did her job without any interruption to anything ongoing for us. I highly recommend MaidPro - and Victoria. : )

The ladies were wonder! They were a huge help! I’ll get them back sooner than I thought to keep our house sparkling! A great stress reliever for me.

We’ve been using MaidPro for almost a year now and are very pleased with their service- reliable, professional, and thorough. Having them come to our house every week gives us more time to focus on our family and is one less thing we have to worry about. Colleen cleaned our house from top to bottom this week and did an excellent job, while Michelle is a semi-regular and we love when she comes as well. Superior service and highly recommend.

Serenity and Victoria did a wonderful job. They’re always polite and respectful. Even when I’m having one of my “BRAIN FOG “ days. Thanks girls!

The cleaner Serenity was awesome and did a terrific job. Friendly service and does a great job every time she comes. I look forward to seeing her at every visit she comes. She is a hard worker and does well with pets too. I recommend her to anyone.
