1st time ever using a gutter cleaning service. Couldn't be happier with the service. Starting with Sean's wife, who called me back, quickly to answer my questions and set up appointment. Very kind and knowledgeable. Appointment set for July 7th, yes, 98 degrees between 10:30-11:30am. Text me when he would be arriving. Arrive just before 11:30. I insisted on getting him some gatorade in this heat. Ran to gas station while he plugged away at my hot mess of gutters on the 2nd floor. Sean took before and after photos to show me how bad (which I knew when I saw growth coming out of it) and how great they cleaned up ( cleared completely out). First floor and Garage...Same thing. Sean was professional the whole time he was there. I would recommend Glowa to anyone who needs gutter cleaning. I will most certainly use Glowa again. The price was great. Thank You for wonderful service.

Absolutely fantastic transaction from start to finish. Sean and Marie have a great operation going and are both really nice people. You can stop researching gutter companies right now and call Glowa. I've tried others; it's not even close.

Sean and his lovely wife came out to my home today arriving on time and worked 5 hours non stop on our windows, screens, and gutters! showed me before and after pictures. My wife and i cant stop talking about how great the windows look! he also did a few things extra for me that i asked him to do with no extra charge or hesitation! definitely will use them every year around this time!!!

Glowa did a fantastic job cleaning our gutters.

The gutters were new about two years ago and hadn’t been cleaned since. We live in an area with many tall trees, several of which hang over the roof. With all of the recent rain they’d been overflowing a lot to the point where water is moving dirt around, so I figured it was time to start looking for a service.

When we contacted they were just finishing up a job nearby and were actually able to come over fairly quickly the same day. They were very friendly and knowledgeable about which areas would require the most work, etc.

They took before and after photos to show me the difference, and the change was drastic. Before the gutters were full of leaves, roof grit, and branches. After, they looked brand new.

Glowa was friendly and fast, and their rate was much more reasonale than several of the other quotes we received. They’re going to remind me again when it’s time to clean in the fall. It’s a nice feeling to know that this is one less thing I have to worry about.

Sean and Shawana (sp?) did a great job for me. I needed my gutters cleaned and decided to have my windows done as well because it was more cost effective. And they really needed to be cleaned. They did a great job, were early, and cleaned the inside of the windows, which I didn't expect. They wore shoe covers to protect the floors and also cleaned the storm door glass. The gutters were very clogged and he got them clear without messing everything up. I had landscaping done recently and they were careful not to damage it. All in all a great experience! Thanks.

I have used this company for a few years and was truly happy with the service provided. Always has shown before and after pics of service. They came yesterday which I was surprised due to weather conditions. Sent invoice but not one picture. When I requested pictures, I was sent a few in the front. When I asked for the back. They sent pictures from a previous service! I informed them of various reasons why I can confirm the pictures were not from this year. I was told they would come to take the pics so I can complete my invoice then was told it wasnt worth coming back for. This indicates service wasnt completed. I wish they would have just rescheduled the appointment so I could have received the service they have provided before yesterday.

We were so pleased with Sean and Shawana's work, from start to finish. They were friendly, prompt and super thorough. We had outside windows, gutters and, after their arrival, added pulling our ivy down from the upper edge of the house. They gladly added this job at the last minute. The windows are now glowing, the gutters are spotless (Sean takes before and after photos, which are amazing) and the ivy was pulled properly. We are very happy with their work and will not hesitate to both recommend and use them again!

The Courtyards of Orland Park Homeowners Association has used Glowa Window and Gutter Cleaning in the Fall and the Spring for 3 years. Their service is excellent. They provide photo evidence of their work and any issues requiring attention. Sean's process includes cleaning the gutters, the downspouts, and checking to see if water and debris is exiting from the underground drain line end point. If a downspout or underground drain line is blocked, Sean will report that to an HOA Board member. I highly recommend their services.

Getting a quote was extremely easy. Setting up the appointment was super easy. Sean arrived to clean our gutters on the day and time we arranged. He was very courteous and friendly and let me explain what I thought were my problem gutters. He explained what he was going to do and then he got to work. He spent a good amount of time working on the gutters. When he was finished, he called me over to show me pictures of what he did, with before and after photos. He also suggested we modify a gutter to get better drainage. I am extremely happy with the job Sean did. We made plans for him to come out again in the fall. I highly recommend Glowa Window & Gutter Cleaning.

I was completely impressed by Glowa! From the start communication was quick and thorough. I was able to see the before and after photos of our gutters and was blown away on how brand new they looked after the cleaning. Our windows inside and out are sparkling and I’m so thankful for the time and care thy took to make sure everything was completed perfectly. Before the service was even completed neighbors and visiting family members were asking for their information because they were just as impressed! I found our new window and gutter cleaners!

I called Sean to have the gutters cleaned at my parents' home. He came when he said he would (very appreciated) and he provided before and after pics as well so that we could see the condition of the gutters. Sean was energetic and did a great and thorough work. My mom was really grateful that he hauled away all the debris and left the property looking as it was prior. I appreciated the tips and recommendations also of what to do to keep the gutters in good working shape. Very polite, respectable and informative young man. We plan on using Glowa Window & Gutter Cleaning again in the future. Thank you!

It's too bad 0 or negative stars wasn't an option for this rating. We contacted Glowa on December 6th to get our windows washed. They scheduled us for today, December 16th.

The texted us yesterday that they would be out between 8am-9am. Their young worker came to the door at 8:30am citing they probably shouldn't do the work due to it having rained and it going to rain later for the sake of our "satisfaction". He then admitted that he didn't want to get on the roof while it's wet.

He said they could come back out tomorrow, only for him to go back to his boss in the truck who followed him back to the door a few minutes later to explain that they aren't doing any more appointments due to the freeze. Completely unprofessional. Will be letting everyone we know not to use them.

Great experience for simple gutter cleaning. Also had a few old downspouts unclogged as well - it’s an old house and each of the blockages took a bit of effort, but Sean took the time to make sure the issues we resolved properly. Very professional, knowledgeable, and just great people to work with - try them out and you’ll see what I mean!
