This is my second time using this cleaning company for my apartment. The booking process online was very simple & straightforward Everyone is super professional and punctual. The cleaners have been great at making sure that everything was to my standards.

They did an amazing job! They were on time, professional, and paid attention to every detail. My home has never looked this clean. The team was super friendly and respectful. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality cleaning services. I’ll definitely be booking with them again!

Premier Pro Cleaners did a phenomenal job cleaning my house! The lady that cleaned came on time, asked me to show her what I wanted cleaned for verification, deep cleaned the rooms and appliances, and asked if I was satisfied once she was done. My house looks brand new as when I just moved in a couple of years ago! Plus, the lady I spoke with on the phone was courteous and helpful from beginning to end. I highly recommend this service, and I would certainly use them again!

I had Yesenia M and she was a 10/10 - just excellent. She was perfectly on time, had great attention to detail, and just a kind personality. Yvonne made this process so easy and judgement-free when I was being down on myself and feeling shame from not being able to keep up. She even remembered my preferences for a later am appointment from our first conversation and worked hard to make sure they honored that. I’m looking forward to using them again and again. I hired this cleaning service to take care of my office, and they did an amazing job! Everything looks spotless from the floors to the desks and even the windows. They were on time, professional, and worked efficiently without interrupting business hours. You can really tell they take pride in their work. Highly recommend for anyone needing reliable office cleaning!

I was told they would send their best. Well, if these are the best I surely would hate to see their worst...

I was less than happy with the results of the first cleaning. I won't be doing business with your company again.
1. The carpet cleaner kept breaking down and leaked. It did not get the job done.
2. The oven was not cleaned. It smoked and burned on first use.
3. The baseboards were still dirty.
4. The top of the cabinets were not cleaned.
5. The bathtub and shower were still grimy. I used a magic eraser and cleaned them myself.

I also told my realtor about my experience and she will not be recommending your company any longer.

I paid $450 dollars for very very little return.

This company did a fantastic job for me today, November 11,2025. Have a two bedroom duplex in Peotone. Tenant moved out and left me with a nightmare mess.Had pets, never cleaned up after them or cleaned period. This company came in and made it look like new. Specifically, Cindy, the cleaner who came. She worked for 7 hours by herself. I am very satisfied and would use them again. I highly recommend them!

Just had premier pro clean my house. Cindy did a great job!! Highly recommend.
Edit: The day after the cleaning I've changed my mind. The cleaners used some sort of cleaner that left a heavy film on my laminate floors. Laminates don't like anything but the least amount of water. Didn't notice upon walk thru. I acknowledge that my house was quite dirty but my socks are getting very dirty walikng on my "clean" floors as the cleaning water didnt get changed enough n has mingled with whatever cleaner they used. I think language barrier caused that more than anything. I paid for a DEEP cleaning and while on the surface, stove has never looked better, it looked and smelled clean but many places weren't even touched. I've never had a cleaning service before but I cleaned houses when I was young and this was NOT a deep cleaning. Left a text for owner and while she did apologize and appreciate my comments, she didn't do anything to back their work. Won't use again.

Linda just no showed after 7 years of service. No phone call. Nothing. Just stopped coming. She did the same thing to my 92 year old mother.

Linda was so responsive and quickly added my home to her schedule to be cleaned every four weeks! Romana was wonderful and so kind! Highly recommend!

Linda was great! I called her on a Saturday and she came for estimate on Sunday and my house was spotless by Monday! Thanks Linda! Will be having her come every 4 weeks now! Strongly recommend her!
