We hired Maidpro Orland Park for a clean on 11/7/2023 and they assigned us a cleaner named Carol. Carol showed up on time. She worked around my family as we have two dogs, two young children, and my wife and I work from home. She was efficient and did an excellent job on the bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, the hard wood floors looked great, and the carpet areas were all free of dog hair. The house looked and smelled clean! I would highly recommend Carol if your house needs a clean.

Emily did a very professional "clean". I was in the cleaning business in my past younger years. Top to bottom is the main rule to follow.
I had 💯% complete trust in Emily as I took note of how she executed her cleaning rituals.
I was comfortable in leaving my home & running some errands while she worked.

Maidpro keeps bringing their A game. Im currently on nights and they have been very understanding and willing to work to find the best times to get there and clean. I've had several cleaners since being with them and everyone is fantastic.

Lucy has also consistently provided outstanding service! We have been working with this cleaning company to service our office for many years and have had an amazing experience every on visit! The company was very responsive. The coordinator I spoke to (Jane) was very friendly, and thorough in terms of what needed to be cleaned. Throughout the process leading up to cleaning day, she stayed in timely communication, and their estimate was very reasonable. When I met the ladies who cleaned the house, they were very friendly, and they worked very hard, but it didn't take as long as expected so my final cost came out to be less than estimated, which was a nice surprise. The house hadn't been truly cleaned in years, so it was a mess and we had to get it ready to sell. MaidPro really did a terrific job with the house. I would definitely recommend MaidPro to anyone.

I have been a customer for about 18mos and couldn't be happier. The Pros are managed, efficiently and thoughtfully, from a central office; I appreciate their reminders and notices of the individuals who will provide the service before the day of service. The Pros, themselves, are prompt, efficient, and, as they advertise, professional. That approach allows for them to be pleasant , which they are, but I see no time wasted in socializing. I am so very satisfied with this service!
