Tech never turned in washer. Stated it was leaking from detergent drawer by drip mark and stated part no longer available but new washer. I found the part on eBay and replaced it and washer still leaking. Very disappointed I have now spent $200 and still have a leaking washer. I don’t understand how you don’t run the appliance to see the problem. Rescheduled another an appointment to come back and sears eas a no show !
