Mark installed a chandelier for us on a high sloped ceiling at a very reasonable price, something other service providers couldn’t manage to do without quoting astronomical figures. Would definitely recommend.

When I was a young and had my first house, someone introduced me to Mark Elkins. I have not stopped using him since. Small jobs like ceiling fixtures and fans to extra large jobs .. like when he did ALL of the electrical work in my new basement. Fantastic work , and Absolutely REASONABLE! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Hired Electrical Concepts for installing two new exterior outlets.
Adelita and Marc had excellent communication during the estimation phase. Since work was completed during peak season, scheduling was its own phase; they were responsive to coordinate the installation around inclement weather. Day of install, work was flawless; after the job was complete, the work areas were left cleaner than when Marc arrived. I will be hiring Electrical Concepts again for future electrical work.

Marc does excellent electrical work at a very fair price. I would recommend him to everyone. My wife and we're "first-timers" and very satisfied with his communication and electrical work. No job too small. 5/5 stars. BTW: We are not related nor friends prior to this job today.

Absolute scam of a company. We hired trinity for a large commercial project for our steel warehouse in Batavia. After paying them $130,000 and the job being dragged out for 2 years, we could not pass inspection with the city if Batavia. The city electrician was in disbelief of the poor job being done and the wires and conduit that lead to nowhere! We had to hire another electric company and pay another $50,000 to finish the job! If you sue them, they just file bankruptcy and start a new scam company. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE. Phil is a scam artist!

Great service. I had an issue with my circuit breaker and an electrical outlet that had water damage due to a sump pump malfunction. The service was prompt, informational and efficient. I would definitely recommend this company.

They were late but gave me a respectable call before they were supposed to show up(equipment issues). They STILL called 45mins before they were able to come and that’s great! They hustled and everything is working great. They were amazingly nice an prompt.

4/28/2017 - Excellent company to do business with. My installer, Josh, was fantastic. Very professional and courteous. I never write google reviews but since I was blown away by this company I did make an exception. I would highly recommend this company.

I called for a quote on running some electric to our backyard. They called back the same day with a quote. I was quite impressed. Talked to my husband and he said lets do it. I called back the following day (Friday) and left a voicemail that we were good with the quote and would like to proceed. I waited until Tuesday and called again thinking maybe they didn't get the message or forgot to return the call. It went to voicemail again and I left another message, still no response. I waited another week and tried to call, but now it didn't ring just went straight to voicemail. A few more weeks past and I called again. The same man who provided the quote weeks back answered the phone and said he remembers getting the quote for me, but doesn't remember receiving a voicemail. He said they are running a week to a week and a half out right now and would check the schedule and call me back. That was TWO weeks ago. If you don't want the work or don't have time to do, just be honest. So disappointed.

Extremely friendly and explain ed everything. They were able to do a radon mitigation estimate and fix a light fixture the same day service was request. Will continue to use them for services in the future.

I would recommend Trinity. Josiah installed a Radon Mitigation system in my house that blended perfectly with the outside exterior. He was very neat and professional as well as thoroughly explaining system he installed.

I had contacted Trinity at the suggestion of my AC installers since our breaker panel was full and no room for the additional 220V needed for the AC compressor. After setting up the appointment I suggested the technician talk with the AC installers to get aa complete picture before arriving. Upon arriving I was informed it would cost $625 !! to install a small side breaker box.
I needed it as the AC installation was stalled without it. It took the technician 1.75 hours and I later found out this charge of $625 was at the very highest end of charges for such service. The work was competently done - it was a simple procedure. However, BEWARE of being overcharged by this firm.

I was having terrible sinus infections and headaches so I started thinking about the air quality in our home. I knew we just remolded our kitchen and thought it was about time we cleaned out our air ducts. I called Trinity Electric and they explained me to what else they could do for me... They could install a UV light by our furnace and that could help kill any air borne bacteria particles in the air also... They said it helps a lot of people who suffer from sinus and allergy problems.. I never knew about this and was so happy they took the time to explain this all to me... Very honest, and hard workers. So happy I choose them....

Trinity did a great job installing radon systems in two houses for us. Everything was well explained, work was done neatly and professionally, and the wait for service was very short. Highly recommended.
