This is for the quote experience so far. Noah was transparent, showed value with the work requested , & gave useful additional options that made sense.

EDIT: 10/19. It's been about a week since the electrical box was placed back against the house outside, installation of a whole house surge protector, level 2 electric car charger outlet (separate breaker) in the garage, 3 new hardwired Co2/Smoke Detectors, multiple new light fixtures, & a new ceiling fan/light was installed on a 20 foot ceiling, which included Mr. Sparky assembling the entire fan out of the box.
Could not be more happy with the professionalism, quality of service, organization, & cheerfulness from Noah & associates from Mr. Sparky. In fact I am so pleased, I told Noah they are like my trusted mechanic now where if I need electrical work in the future, I probably would just get a quote from them & not acquire competitive quotes.
A note about the competitive quote received from other artisan contractors for this project. The other electricians came in much higher than Mr. Sparky & did not include the assembly of the fan. Also, no one else offered payment plans like Mr. Sparky did, which included 0% for 18 months.

He was unfamiliar with the system we wanted to modify but got the necessary
information to adjust it and gave us our options.Since it is a new home don't think we needed a full safety check and full diagnostic check.Just adjustments of the fan and rewiring was needed to the switch. I was very satisfied with the work done and Noah's professionalism.Will definitely use Mr. Sparky again for other electrical projects we will have. Thanks to Noah and Naomi for getting to ussooner than expected.

We have requested Terry several times now because he is knowledgeable and so professional. He's a HOOT too!! He doesn't get too aggravated when there's an electrical issue he has to figure out, he just does it! He comes highly recommended by us, especially if you have an older home with older wiring.

I can't imagine a more professional firm out there. Charles at Mr Sparky is our new go to electrician. Even all the screws are lined up. Who takes this kind of attention to detail anymore it's unbelievable.

(UPDATE 9/5/23) Just had the Mr Sparky team back out to the house this time to install charging for a new EV Car as well as adding a whole house Surge Protector system. Man they always impress me how capable they are and how clean they work, and just all around nice people. I got 2 quotes for this job (which I likely didn't need to) and they even more competitive than the first quote. Just love using them!

Noah was fantastic. Explained things well and gave me the whole picture with options. Flexible and supportive of the impact my outage was having. Offered to wait until Comed returned to hook up power when he didn't have to. Would highly recommend.

Charles followed up immediately after my wife and I noticed some screws popping in the ceiling following some electrical work done. He was prompt to come out and remedy the situation with the most professionalism and support. Couldn’t recommend this team enough! Will be sharing this company with friends and anyone else who may need electrical work done.

Mr. Sparky is great! They arrived on time with a nice clean vehicles and Sam and Dom, the techs are awesome! They are both extremely knowledgeable and very kind!

Chris did an awesome job! My husband and I really appreciated that he thoroughly explained all the steps to the projects and the price break down. He also indicated which things were priorities/safety issues that we should have taken care of now versus replacing a ceiling fan for instance that could wait if we wanted to cut down on the cost and get that taken care of at a later date.

Dom did an excellent job managing my requests, explaining each request and what it would require to complete. He was respectful of our home and did a complete safety inspection of our electrical. His ability to quote, execute and bill for completed projects was extremely efficient. Our latest experience with Mister Sparky was extensive adding a 20 amp circuit to our second floor home office. This was a big job but Dom and Terry a great comic team, professionally added within the existing conduit to cleanly bring power to our second floor home office. An added bonus they logically spaced and labeled our electric panel. Thank you to Dom and Terry for managing and executing our electrical projects.

Latest project with Dom: a complete electrical inspection, added switched outlet and replaced laundry room workspace lamp holder and troubleshooting outdoor GFI outlet which keeps my holiday decorations aglow! Happy Halloween!

Chris the electrician came out the same day I called. Chris was very professional and friendly. Installed two smart switches and inspected the panel. Travis and his crew did several electrical related projects for us and did a great job! He was responsive with his estimate and then came out and did the work a few days later. They were very courteous, professional and skilled. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and would recommend him to anyone in need of a good electrician.

I have used Nuco Electric twice for electrical work. This time they replaced some outlets, along with installing another ceiling fan. They also looked over a lighting feature that I thought was damaged due to overflowing water, which he checked out and threw in at no cost. Travis, owner of Nuco Electric and his crew are very courteous, immediately answering calls/ questions, provides updates to time of arrival and after reviewing jobs quotes a fair price that is the same price at completion of the job.

NuCo came out and installed an EV charger in my garage, converted an outside box into a usable outlet and also added outlets into my basement. These guys were efficient, clean and everything was done well. We are happy how the project turned out. Thank you!
