Phil and his team have been the most professional folks I have worked with. The team arrived on time, inspected the property and were done with a splendid job within about 3 hours. The piping work was neat, all the gaps and expansion joints were sealed as per standards. Phil was also very patient with the implementing the mitigation as per the requirements of HOA (however ridiculous those requirements may have been!). I would highly recommend Trinity Electrical and Radon Mitigation.

I needed a ceiling fan installed in my 2 year old son's room before summer fully set in. Unfortunately I was to overwhelmed at work to handle it myself. I reached out to Phil at Trinity and he took control of the situation for me. After doing my research, I knew they had a great reputation and could be trusted. They let themselves into my home, completed the work as promised and finished up in the promised time frame. They even fixed a couple pesky details I had for them (I am a bit OCD when it comes to minor things). After the job was done I felt good about whom I had hired for the project. And yes my little guy loved his ceiling fan...and slept great all summer. Thank you Trinity!

We have since used and referred Trinity on multiple occasions and have yet to muster anything poor to say about them. I wish all contractors were more like them.

I contacted trinity to activate our passive radon system in a home we just moved into. The professionalism and responsiveness was outstanding. Jose was awesome at explaining everything once he finished the work. I feel safe knowing my radon system was activated successfully by such a great company. I definitely recommend!!!

I had contacted several other companies before deciding on Trinity as our mitigation contractor for our new family home that had a radon reading of 12.0. From the first phone call to their office I knew I could trust this company. Their crew was knowledgeable about radon gas and the mitigation process. The installation went smoothly and the staff communicated with me every step of the way and were even helpful in referring me to a licensed radon testing company for a follow up exam which came back at 0.5! I couldn’t be happier with the results!

Update to review 11/26/24 from original 5 star review:

I had Trinity back out to my home on 11/26 to replace 4 outdoor wall light fixtures. On the phone, I was quoted that the work would be appx 275-300 dollars to complete. A quote was never emailed to me.

On the day of the work, the lights were installed to satisfaction and I approached the technician about some quotes to troubleshoot an outdoor outlet that wasn’t tripping as well as to take a look at quoting what it would cost to convert my garage from 15 to 20 AMP service.

This took the technician appx. another 45 minutes to quote these issues (which he didn’t have time to fix), yet when he brought in the final bill, I was charged a jaw dropping fee of $495.

This is a significant departure from the $275-$300 that I was initially quoted, and does not reflect one additional hour of labor. (Even less than that, in reality- closer to 45 minutes.) The tech arrived at 12:00PM and completed all work at 2:38PM, timestamped on my Nest camera. The last 10-15 mins of the time he was at my house he was in his vehicle, presumably writing up an invoice.

The bill also incurred a $45 service fee, which was never discussed with me over the phone. In addition, the fact that the technician would not have any ability or time to fix the outdoor outlet that was not grounding properly during my appointment was not discussed with me.

I called Phil on the phone who was courteous, but unwilling to adjust the price. He stated that a $45 service fee was standard (and actually stated that I somehow had a 5 dollar discount on mine…) yet I am really struggling to figure out how this would have played a part in the initial quote of $275-300 for a job that was estimated to take approximately two hours of labor. He also stated that he could have charged me for additional screws and caulking supplies…. (This would have been a max of 15-20 dollars).

Finally, it’s been nearly 2 weeks and I’ve received no quotes or follow up for the work we discussed as promised on the phone.

Bottom line- I’ve had good experiences with Phil and Trinity in the past, and they seem to do good work. But charging me just under $500 to hang four outdoor lights and spend a bit of extra time calculating a plan/quote on how to address additional issues but not having time to address them has been extremely off putting and I can’t help but feel taken.

I did my best to have a courteous conversation with him over the phone, but again he was unwilling to budge. I’ve used Trinity in the past but I’m not sure I’ll be consulting their services in the future or recommending them to coworkers unless we can address this.

Phil and his team did a great job updating the electrical system in my basement, kitchen, and garage. He kept me up to date regarding the work and provided some helpful suggestions and good guidance. This work was completed on time and under budget. Phil and his team were polite and respectful and I am extremely pleased with their work!

Amazing service from Phil and Dave, our electrician. We had them run 220 for a hot tub in our backyard. Dave completed the job quicker than we expected with professionalism and a splash of humor. Super clean work and we couldn't be happier.

I have been using the services of Mr. Sparky for over 5-years and I literally have them on speed-dial. Most recently, Sam performed an in-home consultation and provided exceptionally reasonable estimates for replacement of undercabinet lighting in my kitchen and vanity lighting in my master bath. I absolutely LOVE Sam. He is so professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home that it's simply a pleasure to have him come out. Over the past 5-yrs, Sam has done so much electrical work inside my home that he knows my home exceptionally well and has even recommended work that I should consider for the future and that definitely increases my comfort level at having that work done.

Terry was excellent! We had a very large job with wiring, an older house, a weird set up, and lots of puzzles, to solve for Terry. He and his colleagues figured everything out, and we are completely satisfied with the job they did, their professionalism, and their care for my house. Highly recommended!

If there were 10 stars, I’d give them all to Dom!! He was very thorough, & knowledgeable, with his work. He figured out what was causing my buzzing doorbell &, kept me informed while he was fixing the issue. Dom was very respectful of my home, friendly, & polite. I highly recommend him, & would welcome him into my home if I have any more electrical issues.

I had called this place to help my grandma with her bathroom light which was hanging off the wall. I had the pleasure of making the appointment with Ms. Naomi who was very helpful. The electrician they sent to my grandma house was Sam Garapolo and he was great. He answered any questions I had and he fix my grandma light in a short amount of time which was awesome. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for any Electric repairs.

Charles was did an excellent job! Explained what he was doing and why as he progressed with the installation. He was professional and very personable. He left my kitchen better than when he arrived. I highly recommend Mr Sparky and Charles!

July 2025- Yesterday was my lucky day! I had 2 Electricians with Mister Sparky, Sam and Chris.
Once they got here, my To-Do list had grown and they were able to complete everything in 1 visit. My biggest concern was I had a newer Wi-Fi attic fan that never stayed connected to my Wi-Fi, so the fan would never work. Sam rewired it and it now is controlled manually. Excellent recommendation and job well done by Sam! Chris installed a new ceiling fan, a light unit on another ceiling fan, and several of my other things that needed to be done. Great job, Chris! Sam, over 25 yrs experience, and Chris went over and above to make sure some safety items were still working in my older home. Between Sam and Chris, my Jobs were all completed. I couldn’t be happier with how nice they were to work with, too!

March 2024-Another excellent job done by an Electrician at Mister Sparky! I will always call this company for my electrical work!
I had several things that Dan had to look at for me that needed an electrician’s recommendation and work. One of my Hunter ceiling fan’s light works, but no fan. Dan gave me a quote for a diagnostic test or I could get a new fan and he’d install it. Dan will be installing the new fan. He also installed automatic timers to my light switches that control my outdoor lights!
