Kathy came out and gave me a very reasonable quote on a tree removal and 2 stump grinded. They had JULIE out over the next two days and came out right after and removed everything. They were a great crew and did a wonderful job. Highly recommend!

They provided a timely, no-pressure and very competitive estimate. The guys did a superb job getting the tree down and stump ground and cleaned up after. Kathy is great. She is friendly, professional and a great communicator. I would 100% recommend them and will use them for our other trees in the future.

We've used them for 3 years. Very professional, always clean up afterward. They recently removed a pear tree that was dying, and did a great job. Also reasonably priced.

If anyone gets their house cleaned by a service DO NOT i repeat DO NOT go to The Tidy Queens. They are THE WORST!!! I had them clean my house for a move out cleaning. 1. they never showed up to the original appointment. Claimed they texted me and left messages, but i recieved none. I had called looking for them when they no call mo showed. 2. when they cleaned they did not clean the microwave, washer & dryer, or my walls and vents. I called to complain and to have them come back to finish the job. They forgot to call me to reschedule....i had to call them AGAIN to remind them and by the time they came i already had given my keys to the landlord. I paid, and they cashed my check immediately yet couldnt do their job right the first time. Worst cleaners, customer service and all around company. Im still waiting to hear from an owner. And i only gave 1 star because i had to, otherwise id give 0 stars.

I hired The Tidy Queens for a brand new construction building to help with getting our building clean and dust-free before we started moving residents in. They were thorough, professional and hard working at all times. The staff is warm and friendly and treated my community as it were their own home.

I was pleasantly suprised to have Tidy Queens show up right on time. Not only were they prompt and very competitive but they did a great job on cleaning my place. Their slogan is true "leaving no spot untouched " They cleaned spots I wouldn't normally clean and did a great job!!! I would definitely recommend this service to all my friends or anyone else looking for a great cleaning service.

The cleaning team who comes to our office is so amazing. There is not a spot of dust on my messy bookshelf. I have no idea how they do that. They even water my flowers. We have had Tidy Queens cleaning our office since 2019. We highly recommend them for an office or a whole building. They can handle it all. Also their staff is fully trustworthy.

Wash pro was very professional from beginning to end. We were very happy with the results. The exterior of our house looks amazing. Much of the organic stains came off like they promised.

The wash pros did an outstanding job of cleaning my gutters. They told me exactly what they were going to do and after finishing, provided pictures to support their work. They were both very pleasant to work with. Whenever I need any washing of the exterior of my house, I always call Wash Pros of Illinois. They are reliable and they do a good job.

Wash Pros did a very good job cleaning our vinyl siding. Their cost estimate was more reasonable than others we got, and they were able to schedule an appointment within a week or two. Their technicians watered our lawn and bushes before and after using the cleaning solution on our siding to protect our plants. After the cleaning, decades of mold, mildew, and fungus were removed and our siding looked great. I'm sorry we didn't have this done much sooner.

Co-Owner Aimee Downey came to the house to complete an estimate. She was incredibly thorough. The price for the work was competitive with other companies and we appreciated Aimee's attention to detail so we went with Wash Pros and we were glad we did. Jacob and his crew did a fantastic job and our home and garage look freshly painted. Thanks Wash Pros!

Our house looks amazing after they power washed it. They took their time and were very careful to cover our cameras etc. They gave us quick great service and kept us informed throughout the service. We will use them again in the future.
