6/2025 We hired Wash Pros again this year to clean, sand and seal our stone patio and we are happy once again with the results. The quality, consistency and professionalism are A++. We recommend this company without reservation.

We had a great experience with Wash Pros! They cleaned, sanded and sealed our patio and it looks awesome! They emailed and called us to let us know the dates they would come out. The instructions on what we needed to do in preparation for the service were very clear. It was a 3 day process and they texted and called each day to let us know when they would arrive to do each step of the process. The technicians were all friendly and professional. We will definitely hire them again in the future!

I would highly recommend Wash Pros for any of the services they offer! We had our back paved patio cleaned, sanded and resealed and we were very pleased with their response to our initial bid request and proactive communication throughout each step of the process. Price? We received 3 bids and they were the most affordable. I was especially pleased with the fact that they didn't try "up-selling" me on something I wasn't interested in.

We received a follow-up call right after the washing. At that time we explained that an area on the upper level of our home which had some very thick moss on it was not completely clean. WashPros asked us to send photos of that area. Within a couple of days a team was back at our home to touch it up; and now our home looks fresh and clean.

Amazing! They followed up to my request promptly. They went on site to survey the project. And we had it scheduled within days. They showed up on time, were very professional, and took great care with my lawn. My fence looks brand new. I had forgotten what it looked like. I highly recommend them for your power washing needs!

I hired Wash Pros to wash our algae-stained vinyl siding, power wash our patio (cement with brick pavers), level the pavers, sand the pavers, and seal the entire patio. What a difference! It looks great. The workers are excellent and friendly. I highly recommend this company.

Great company and even better service. Our house looks brand new! I can’t express how impressed I am with how the house looks after Wash Pros visit. Communication from the our inquiry to the day of the visit was spot on. The technician who came to our home was respectful of our property and was very thorough in his work along with his explanation of what he did before and after with the post job walk thru. I would highly recommend giving them a try if want to elevate the look of your home and get rid of those pesky algae stains and years of wind blown dirt.

I was excited to signup service for our home with Wash Pros due to their 5 star rating. However, after their work we are not fully satisfied due to the end result on the paver and the clean up of the web, moss and dirt still exists. See pics for clarity

After getting estimates from five house washing companies, I went with Wash Pros. They were the only one to send a tech to my house before giving the estimate. The day of the wash, the two-person crew was on time, very respectful and knowledgeable. They were done in a few hours, and did a great job. Great communication from their office, and they were making sure that I was totally happy with the house wash. I will definitely use them again!

Erik walked us through the entire process and handled the cleaning, sanding, and sealing of both the front and back areas of our house.
