Reviews of local pros in Oswego, Illinois

Called for service on a sewer issue. Service was great and on time when they advised on the appointment time. Techs arrived and informed of what procedures would be used then advised on the price. They also informed us of the location of a lost clean out located in the yard for future use. Residential Plumbing will be our 1st choice for services if needed in the future. Great job guys.

Fantastic customer service! Great experience every time we’ve called. Highly recommend giving Residential Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs. Very honest and trustworthy.

Ken was great…Very helpful and explained all things really well.

Manny did a great job re-piping the gas line to my range. The new range I was installing had a much smaller recess in back for the gas line, and the back of the range ran into the existing gas pipe when the range top was still three inches from the wall. Manny removed the existing piping, installed new piping in a new location, and lowered the valve and connector to a level that fit within the more restrictive recess of the range. Now my range will slide in all the way to the wall like it should. Throughout the process, Manny explained options, made recommendations, and made sure I knew exactly what was going to be done. He made it a point to make sure all the work met my satisfaction. I can highly recommend Manny and Residential Plumbing.

Ken Fenzil is the nicest guy. I was referred by our Handyman and I’m so glad I gave them a call. Their communication was superb. They are timely, take pride in their work and I loved that they sent me a picture of Ken before he arrived. We’re customers for life.

We had an unrelated job and again were so happy! Robbie is awesome! ! He is professional, knowledgeable and just a joy to work with! The guys here really care, they are skilled and do top notch work. They are honest and fair. I still love that they send a photo so you know who is coming into your home. We're so happy for the work they have done! We are so fortunate to have found you. Thank you so much, Ken. 100% recommend residential plumbing. Excellent quality work, Ken very knowledgeable and experience was a plus for me. He step-by-step showed me what needed to be done. He gave me two choices, and I choose the longer investment money saved. And the price was decent. I highly recommend them.

With new water heaters the same day, within few hours.
We are very pleased and grateful for their professional service.

Residential Plumbing always does a great job. Cade and Rob have been to my house several times and we appreciate the good work they do

My 1st interaction was with the woman on the phone when I called. So friendly and helpful. A wonderful 1st face of your company. The technician, Robby, was timely and personable as well. And very thorough. My issue ended up not being related to plumbing, but I’ll definitely be keeping their contact information in my back pocket should I ever need a plumber in the future.

I want to thank Residential Pluming for their quick and always dependable service. Our home suffered major water damage due to a failed toilet, they showed up within an hour made the repairs so the restoration team could begin the repair process

Had a pipe burst from the cold, fortunately I was home and shut the water off within few minutes. Very responsive, arrived earlier than time expected, repaired the leak within an hour and a half and the tech, Robby, was very professional and did a great job with the repair. I was very pleased

Update to the repair they did. After almost three years, there was a leak, leaked under my laminate flooring and ruined it, had to have it replaced along with drywall and insulation. Here's a few pictures of the soldering job they did and charged me $550 for. Had to have a different plumber come fix their poor workmanship, it looks like a ten year old soldered these, thanks for nothing

We've had Residential Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs for the past 20+ years. Ken and his team are reliable, experienced, and respectful of your home. Licensed and insured, they provide clear estimates and explanations. I wouldn't rely on anyone else.

Have used Residential Plumbing for years! They are trust worthy and do a top notch job. Multiple times I’ve had issues that have needed immediate attention and they have always been there for me. I highly recommend!!!

Ive used Residential Plumbing for a few years now and have always been happy with their work. They get the job done quick and for a good price. Rob and Cade came today to replace my outdoor spigots and they were friendly, finished quickly, and did a good job.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Ken showed up early, was extremely professional, and made sure to explain everything clearly so Iunderstood what needed to be done. Truly appreciate the honesty, punctuality, and quality of his work. I highly recommend!
