We used to recommend them until a recent event. They were to put a gas line from the attic in the house out to the attic in the garage for a garage heater. Without confirming with us, they opted to install the gas line in my laundry room and run it through the wall and out to the garage where they finally made it into the attic and to the location as described by our estimate/quote. Ken told me, the day after, that they couldn't get there equipment up in the attic to cut the thread on the pipes but why didn't he check the attic and gas line during the day when he produced my quote? Instead they discovered this the day of the install and proceeded with an unapproved install of the gas line. Paying $2200 to get something installed a certain way, only to have it changed with no approval and not in accordance with the quote is a poor excuse for "we had a job and got it done". Will not use this company in the future and I recommend that your reconsider using this company too.

Residential Plumbing was great to work with. A previous plumbing company left a bolt untightened and water was leaking under a wall. We also needed help with a corroded knob on a toilet water valve. Nick came in, knew immediately what to do, and had the parts to fix everything the right way. He even completed installing the toilet parts, certainly better than I might have.
It’s great to find a straightforward honest company I can trust. They do great work.

Residential Plumbing made it easy to book an appointment and get someone out to our house quickly to replace our sump pump backup batteries. Very knowledgeable, quick and professional.

The team were able to send out a technician to me pretty quickly. My guy Ken was great! Very knowledgeable and accommodating, and took the time to explain things to me as needed. I have mixed reviews for this service. I have used residential plumbing in the past many times and was very happy with their service. This time was different. The plumber was very professional however seemed confused. I do appreciate that he called his manager to ask questions. Then he didn’t seem confident in his answers. The charges seemed to be questionable. Then I felt the interaction was with a normal big box service and not sure to trust what he said. Typically I feel very confident in the plumbers from residential and their recommendations. Hopefully this is a one off.

Highly recommend!! Their team came on such short notice. They were SO friendly and knowledgeable. If you need a trusted plumbing group, look no further!!

Kenny and Residential Plumbing has been our go to for me and my family since 1999. Rob and Cade are professional, courteous, efficient and cleanest contractors we have ever experienced that have worked in our house. Stacia in the office from scheduling to service call to replace our water heater was effortless. I would recommend Kenny and his squad at RP Plumbing for all you plumbing needs.

Friday morning I did an appointment to replace my old water heater and at noontime Ken and Cade came out and removed my old water heater and installed new one. They were very thorough and answered all of my questions with patience. They took their time and gave great quality work! I really appreciate Residential Plumbing came out the same day I visited them. I definitely recommend this company!!!
P.S.: And lady from the office, if I'm not mistaken her name is Lauren, was very friendly and kind and willing to help me with organizing replacement of my old water heater!

I had Residential Plumbing come out to give me an estimate to put in a waterline for my fridge. I had to pay $89 just for the estimate, which I thought was okay if the price was going to be fair. But then they told me it would cost $1,100! I feel like I wasted my money just to find out it was way more than I expected. I wouldn’t recommend Residential Plumbing. If I had the option of giving 0 stars, I would!!!

Residential Plumbing did a fabulous job in cleaning out our drains this morning. Communication was stellar. Team left everything better than they found it, they were professional, efficient, and even gave us tips on how to prevent this from happening in the future. Highly recommend!!

Residential Plumbing is the best! They are reasonably priced, reliable, and great at communicating up to and through the job. Robby and Cade were very knowledgeable and personable. Highly recommend them!

Nathan and Ben showed to tighten my faucet and also look at why my ejector pit kept running.. Both of them were personable and Nathan took the time to explain the issue and they ended up replacing the failing switch. Knowing that Nathan feels confident that this new switch would provide me longevity makes me know I picked the right company. I will use them time and time again. They have a great crew.

I was very happy with Residential Plumbing. I needed a new ejector pump. Scheduling was easy and the techs were friendly and knowledgeable. They explained my options and the various costs. I had them replace the ejector pump and they did a great job. My only complaint was they did not secure the cover on the ejector pump. They merely placed the bolts in empty holes. They should have looked for the appropriate holes which would have allowed the bolts to tighten down the cover. I would still recommend Residential Plumbing, but can’t give them 5 stars because of that lack of attention.

The guys who came out from Residential not only expertly fixed the two issues we called them about but also fixed another one which only recently surfaced.

They arrived promptly, were very friendly, and attentive to our needs, and explained everything thoroughly. The work was done in a very timely and professional manner and everything about the service call was to our complete satisfaction.

Having rapport with your service providers is important as is being able to trust them implicitly which is essential. Based on today’s excellent experience, they’ll definitely be our first call for plumbing needs going forward and we’ll be referring them to friends without hesitation.
