Jason also always takes the time to educate and explain any quotes which is so helpful! They are our #1 go to for any plumbing issues! Highly recommended!

I experienced an issue with my washing machine/plumbing and called Aquaduct. Before they came for the appointment, a tech called and asked me some questions about the issue I was experiencing. We determined it was the washing machine and not the plumbing. Aquaduct recommended a local appliance repair outfit, cancelled the appointment and declined to charge me. Honesty and integrity go a long way in my book and the folks at Aquaduct exude both of those qualities.

When small leaks appeared at the dielectric unions connecting the copper pipes to our dual hot water heaters, Jason promptly came to assess the situation. His inspection quickly identified the root cause: the seals within the dielectric unions had been damaged during the initial installation by another company. Thanks to his expertise, the issue was accurately diagnosed and addressed. Thanks again Jason!

I can't begin to say how AWESOME Aquaduct Plumbing Services has been for us. They installed a new sump pump and battery backup 7 years ago. I recently had them back out to replace the battery in my backup unit. They are always prompt, honest and explain all the issues and solutions very well. I feel very comfortable referring them out to anyone who asks. I highly recommend Jason and his team of professionals all the time. Will certainly be my first call every time.

I cannot say enough positive things about Aquaduct. I called them and immediately responded to come evaluate a leak/pipe issue at our home. Vanessa immediately got me scheduled and Jason (plumber/owner) was in constant communication with me as to when he was on his way. He solved our problem immediately and at a reasonable price. I also appreciate that he does not try to tell us we need more things completed to solve our plumbing issue. We have used Aquaduct over the years and the service and communication has always been outstanding. They are honest and we truly appreciate that. A fair price is also extremely appreciated when you have a surprise leak and an unexpected home issue. They will forever have my business.

I have been using Aquaduct plumbing for years now. Jason the Owner is Amazing! Jason always takes the time to answer any questions and always thoroughly explains the work he will be doing. The customer service is also top notch; from the first phone call I make to the office speaking to either Vanessa or Britanny to when Jason and Mike show up at my front door. They all go above and beyond to make calling a plumber less stressful. I highly recommend using this company.

We had our water heater go out on Thanksgiving Day. We had a contract with another provider in the area who didn’t have our size water heater in stock and with the storm, no one was available until Monday. I called Aquaduct’s emergency line and received a call back within 5 minutes on a Saturday. After waiting almost two days, they were able to come out within 2 hours and provide a honest quote with breakdown that was easy to understand. We are canceling our contract with the other provider. Very professional and friendly! Highly recommend!!
