When I had 5 attempts at an estimate for exterior work in the front of my house, Advance Home Remodelers were the ONLY ones that provided a written, detailed estimate. I knew that it would be a big job and others were fearful to do the work. Rob and Phil could see what the problem was and devised a plan to fix it. We were thrilled with the quality of work and the timeliness of completion. Their clean up was exceptional. We highly recommend Advance Home Remodelers.

Rob and Phil finished installing eight new double-hung windows for our home last week. Their process was very thorough. They are a pleasure to work with and they did an outstanding job. We couldn't be happier with the results.

Last month (January 2024) my wife and I had Rob and Phil Coffey remodel our master bathroom. The quality of all aspects of their work was exceptional. They have very high personal standards of performance and take whatever time is necessary to meet those standards. We are very pleased with the finished product. The remodel process was pretty painful because Phil and Rob were very neat and organized. My wife believes they have the cleanest drop cloths anywhere! We had a good deal of interaction with both brothers, and they were always friendly, personable, and considerate. During our remodel, a winter storm and a medical emergency occurred. Rob and Phil went "above and beyond" in supporting my wife and keeping the project on track. We recommend Phil and Rob as highly as possible, both as craftsmen and as people!

High quality window installation. Took a lot of care and time to make sure the windows were installed perfectly. Very easy to contact, and are up front with everything they do. 100% would recommend.

Rob and Phil were phenomenal. They fixed a tile nightmare in two days. The previous tile installer left a mess in our bathroom. Uneven floors, sloppy work, and an opening that couldn’t fit the toilet flange. We were recommended to them from Andersen Plumbing and couldn’t be happier with the work they provided. In the future, we will definitely reach out for any house improvement needs. They were personable, professional, flexible and detail oriented. They also cleaned up and never left a mess overnight. They also helped us choose an amazing tile. We wanted a tile with earthy tones to tie in our wall color, but with limited options nowadays with everyone moving to grey they suggested a modern, but earthy tile that looks beautiful. Couldn’t be happier!

I am thrilled to have found the Coffey brothers, of Advance Home Remodelers, to do some updates in my half bath. Their work ethic, timeliness, vision, organization and attention to detail (my personal favorite!) were outstanding. And bonus...each day the work area was left in spotless condition. A first in my experience! Rob and Phil's wizardry of smoothing out uneven floors and making wonky walls appear square is truly amazing! They were fun to work with and I was able to rely on their vast knowledge and experience to make some critical choices/decisions. I will definitely be calling on the Coffey brothers for any future remodeling needs and highly recommend them for yours as well.

Aquaduct Plumbing Services is a great company to work with fair prices. Jason is incredible. Been using him for years. Truly an excellent plumber, honest, clean, dependable, knows his way around all kinds of plumbing problems.

I had an issue with a backup from my sewer. They were able to send someone our same day. Jason was upfront and let me know what the cause was. Very good service. I will use them again.

Called in the morning because we had no hot water, someone from Aquaduct was out that morning. Our existing setup was reviewed and we decided to go with a new water heater. The price for the water heater and install was already good but they added a $100 coupon on top of it. Great service, if we have any other plumbing needs they are our first call for sure.

Last week, we had Aquaduct come out to install a few new toilets. They were very professional. They arrived on time, were very polite & they cleaned up after themselves. They had great communication before, during and even after with a follow up call to make sure we were satisfied. We will recommend Aquaduct to all our friends.

Great experience, highly recommend! The technician was here timely and was very informative and honest. Great customer service with what was needed, answered my questions without hesitation. No a single ounce of trying to upsell or provide services not needed. Awesome experience!!

Gus and Dmitri came to our house to fix our main water shutoff and replace our kitchen faucet and a toilet. Scheduling was easy and flexible and they showed up within the time window. We had an unexpected problem in the form of a broken collar. They were great at explaining the problem, were able to replace it quickly and really cleaned up after themselves. They were extremely knowledgeable, very professional and highly recommended.

Had two different plumbers tell me they could not replace our cast iron kitchen sink with a stainless one as they were 100% certain Corian countertop would break in the process. While we appreciated their candor, we really wanted to update.

Found Aquaduct by looking at local reviews online. Jason came out immediately and was very confident they could make it happen. Gave us a very fair price and came back with his partner, Mike, to ensure old sink was removed properly.

Once they did that they discovered that the flanges on the new sink we purchased separately were slightly larger than the old and had to cut the Corian on two sides. Jason and Mike were like two surgeons, using the utmost of care. They accomplished the work successfully and we are elated. When they left, our kitchen was as clean as when they arrived. They were the most pleasant, amicable, and professional tradesmen I ever encountered having been in the construction business for 46 years myself. Aquaduct Plumbing is outstanding in every way and we highly recommend them. We wIll be calling them for every plumbing need from now on. Great job, Jason and Mike (and Deanna in the office)!

I recently had a sewer back up into my basement. After doing an internet search and wanting to support local business. There were other companies available however I steered away from them due to past bad experiences or other I have talked to who were dissatisfied by other companies. I decided to give Aquaduct and spoke with Jason Kapus. He was very professional on the phone and went into great details of my options. Jason then came out, again explained all my options and costs prior to any work starting. Jason rooted out my system promptly and restored my service. since this has been a reoccurring sewer problem Jason sent a camera down my sewer and showed me on the screen how my old sewer piped were beginning to collapse from tree roots. I decided to have a portion of my sewer pipe replaced and an outside clean-out installed. When Jason showed up for the work, he had Gus, another plumber, and an apprentice with him. The project became much more involved due to large boulders in the dig site and when the system was originally installed a water line crossed the sewer pipe in the repair area. Even with the unforeseen problems, the price that was quoted remained the same and was less expensive than other companies had charged for less work done with my neighbors. It was great seeing how patient Jason and Gus were with the apprentice and showing him how to do the work. They were great teachers and all of them got along. Jason, a partner in the company, had no problem jumping into the hole and getting dirty with his guys. All of them treated my house and yard with respect like it was their own. I highly recommend Aquaduct and I will use them again for another project I'm planning for the future

Would not recommend this place at all. Being a small business you think they would treat repeat customers better. Work that was done had mismatched materials, some of which ended up leaking and it's been an absolute nightmare trying to get them to make it right. Overall just unprofessional behavior and I didn't care for how they made us the customer feel. For being a supposedly woman owned company, they sure don't treat women customers well at all. I will gladly spend my money elsewhere from now on for a better product and experience. You get what you pay for.

Edit: The request for the replacement pop up assembly was due to the fact that your tech used different materials on two sinks on the same counter located 3 feet apart. One had metal pipes underneath & the other was plastic. Additionally, the pop-up part you can see in both sinks does not match so it looks silly. It was also the plastic assembly that we found leaking a few days after. No discussion was made at the time of install by the tech asking us if it was okay to use two different materials or if the lack of consistency didn't matter to us. You are correct that the work was approved & we paid for it but we didn't think we had to look under the sinks to verify the materials being used matched. One is obviously better quality than the other and as I mentioned the cheaper of the two was leaking. The smell issue occurred immediately after the work was done. We thought maybe it was due to having things opened up but it never went away & we called the very next day to address but you made it very clear you did not smell anything (which is crazy) and instead gave us a quote for a $3,000 whole house water filtration system. We have since had another company out that immediately smelled the issue & identified it as the sinks overflow hole being dirty and causing the odor probably after being disturbed. His knowledge & quick home remedy of flushing that out got rid of the issue right away & without the need for calling the city or having an unnecessary expensive system put in that wouldn't have solved the problem in the first place. My decision to not have you come out now and make the two sinks match is strictly due to my overall frustration of how we've been treated & spoken too. I would rather pay a more knowledgeable company to redo the work which is sad really as we've had a ton of stuff done by your company in the past. A new water heater, a sump with battery backup, an outdoor water spigot, and a new toilet. So please don't try and make it seem like I chose "this route" instead of being reasonable. How you treat customers & not talking down to them matters. I'm going to get the work done, I would just rather pay someone else to do it.

Earlier this year, I received several quotes from different companies to replace all of the galvanized pipe in my home. Aquaduct gave the most reasonable quote. They also guaranteed to do the work in fewer days than other plumbers. Recently, I had a minor issue with some of the work they did and they returned promptly to correct the issue free of charge. I highly recommend Aquaduct. Their prices are reasonable, service is great and they stand behind their work. To Tom and Jason, thanks for a job well done.

Our water heater lasted more than 21 years and I was hoping to replace it with the same brand as it had proven its value. I really appreciate the work that Mike and Phil did to quickly get the new water heater installed. Great job! I will be working with Aquaduct for a new sump pump in the near future.
