The plumbers (Phil and Jason) at Aquaduct were extremely professional and informative. I had them install a new water heater that had failed under warranty, as well as install two new expansion tanks to help with pressure issues that had plagued my home. Phil was very informative and answered all my questions regarding issues that may have stemmed from the increased pressure in the house, as well as questions about the new water heater. Both plumbers were very professional and made sure to walk through all the work they had done to show me what had changed and what to keep an eye on should any issues pop up later. They were extremely helpful and put my mind at ease knowing the job was done meticulously.

I put in a repair inquiry with Aquaduct on a Sunday night, Jason and Mike came out the next morning! They brought all parts with them, and had the water heater fixed within about 30 minutes. Excellent service, the guys were super friendly and professional will recommend Aquaduct to our friends and family!

We've been using Aquaduct plumbing for years now. We've had, sump pump, rodding and a number of other services completed. Most recently, replaced our water tank and went tankless. Very nicely done and did not notice any real difference between the new tankless versus the old water heater.

I called Aquaduct yesterday and they installed a new Bradford White water heater for us today. Jason, Mike and Vanessa were very professional, knowledgeable and polite. Jason and Mike got the job done quickly and cleanly. We will definitely call Aquaduct for our future plumbing needs.

Aquaduct is great! I scheduled an appointment to have someone out to check the plumbing in our laundry room after what we thought was a clogged drain. They came out same day. Though it wasn’t a plumbing issue and actually an issue with the washer, I am confident in Jason’s findings. Wouldn’t trust anyone else.

I called Aquaduct Plumbing when we had a major clog and other issues with our bathroom plumbing. They sent someone out the same day and had the job scheduled and completed the following day at a third of the price I was quoted from others. The plumbers were extremely professional and friendly and helped me understand what the issues were. Highly recommend.

We needed two outside faucets replaced along with shutoff valves. We are very pleased with the quality of their work, their professionalism, and we received good value and quality for the cost. We had our main sewer line break just outside of our house on a Friday night a few weeks ago. Saturday morning, I called Aquaduct, and Jason was at our house two hours later. He figured out where the pipe was broken, installed a temporary fix so we could continue living in our house, and was back the next day to finish the permanent repair. Jason was absolutely professional and we were so relieved to have everything taken care of so quickly. I can't speak to his prices compared to others as we were not in a position to have multiple people come out for quotes. Highly recommed based on all of the interactions/services that we personally experienced, though.

I needed a plumber on a Friday morning because our kitchen sink was completely plugged up and the plumber we have used in the past was not available until the following week. I had seen some very positive reviews for Aquaduct so I called them, but they were also booked so we set up an appointment for Monday morning. Fortunately they called me back in less than 5 minutes to say they had a cancellation and could be at my house between 10 and noon.
Jason called ahead to tell us when he would arrive and was there when he said he would be. He was cordial, professional and very knowledgeable. Not only did he fix the issue with the clog but also gave us information on the maintenance we should do to avoid a clog in the future. We feel their pricing was very reasonable, the quality of Jason’s work was exceptional, and we will definitely use Aquaduct for any plumbing issues we may have in the future.

We've used Aquaduct twice on our 100 year old home. First, they came for an emergency job when we had a gas leak in the basement and got us back up and running safely and quickly. Second, they came for a drain that was flooding in our basement. They were quick, clear, and professional. I highly recommend.

We had a pipe burst under our sink due to a new homeowner mistake -- left the hose hooked up outside over the winter, especially with the insanely cold temps lately. Oops. Luckily, we called Aquaduct, and despite it being January 2nd (New Year's Day observed) and after hours, we had someone there to solve our problem in a matter of under an hour. He was courteous, gave some great tips for how to avoid the situation in the future, and did an excellent job. We haven't had plumbing work done before so I can't comment on price compared to other options in the area, but I certainly felt like we got a caring professional to take care of our issues in record time. Woke up in the morning with no hot water. Called Aquaduct. They had a tech on site to look at the issue and give a quote to replace. By early afternoon they had replaced my water heater. Great service, techs made sure the area was clean, efficient and friendly.

Our water heater went out on a Friday and Aquaduct responded and sent someone right away to our home even though it was late in the evening. They already had a new water heater on the truck just in case it needed to be replaced, which it did. They guys that came were super nice and professional and cleaned everything up and hauled away the old water heater within a matter of an hour. I highly recommend this company. They were very kind and attentive to our needs and concerns and even helped us deal with our home warranty.

I sincerely appreciate the service I received from aqueduct. Our basement was flooding with sewage and they were kind enough come over right away to help. We didn’t get the best news but the plumber that came by explained everything to us and ensured that we understood what the next steps were.
I was really impressed with how much our plumber really took the time with us. He even ensured that he would be the one coming back to continue the service. That really gives me peace of mind.

Update: Phil and Mike just finished jetting. Most companies would have just called it quits when presented with a problem but they really problem solved to fix our issue. You guys are the best!

We have used Aquaduct Plumbing for a few projects and will continue to use them in the future. Competitively priced, quick to respond, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. For this project we had 2 servicemen present including Mike who is in his apprenticeship. Both were amazing. Walked me through everything to make sure I understood what was done. I would give this team 5 stars over and over!

Jason & Mike did a great job explaining to my husband the issues with the broken spigot....there was another problem as the main valve broke and was all rusted which he showed him...they did not have the part and had to go to Menards..... originally this repair would be 360.00 he said but only charged my husband 100.00 due to other repairs....total cost 539.00...a bit more than I wanted to pay but they did it correctly and with nice customer service.

Long story but after another company tried to install our washing machine and failed, Aquaduct Plumbing came and installed it instead and was very honest about their service.
