Tim at DuPage Homes Services "IS THE BEST!!" He Really Is!! He along with his Apprentice, Dillon. You call him, tell him what you want done...and it's "DONE"..He goes way out of his way for his clients. Very professional, reasonable priced, very clean..I truly recommend Tim & Dillon..You will not be disappointed.. They are my "GO TO GUYS!!"...They'll be yours too.

Tim, the owner, is very friendly and professional. He answers calls or texts very promptly and I was able to set up a convenient appt. Tim arrived on time with Dylan and they fixed my toilet without difficulty. I appreciated Tim’s recommendations and he and Dylan will be coming back to install a new toilet in another bathroom in a few days. I highly recommend DuPage Home Services.

I called Tim. He quoted price. We set up a time to change the water heater. All good work done as I expected and he promised. Couldn’t be happier.

Scheduled an appointment for them to originally come replace a corroded tub drain. Asked them to take a look at a shower we were having issues with while they were coming out, they obliged without hesitation. Got a call and they arrived promptly. Explained the issues and even politely apologized that they would have to go through the ceiling to fix the issue. Which he mentioned could be a possibility when we originally called so I wasn’t surprised. The part we purchased was defected so they ran quickly to get a new part/the valve for the shower we added last minute. Arrived back promptly and worked diligently. They were thorough and checked their work along the way for leaks and again before leaving. They were friendly/respectfully and would definitely recommend these guys! They were great workers!

DuPage Home Services is the best! I’ve used them 2 times and will again should I have future plumbing needs. This time I had a hose spicket out back that did not provide water. We hired Dupage home services for a sillcock ( water spigot ) replacement of a 40 year old leaking sillcock that is in our garage and between a very thin separation wall as well as adding an access panel
Tim and his crew showed up on time and were very professional , courteous and knowledgeable.
The job was completed in a very timely manor with no shortcuts taken on parts or installation and no mess left behind.
Would not hesitate to use this company and their services for any future home repairs or installations , They were accommodating to my work schedule and budget. His pricing was very reasonable and affordable and the job was done professionally and cleanly .

I've had a reoccurring plumbing issue (clog) that multiple different plumbers have come out for and have cleared, but havn't fixed for future occurances. Tim was the first to recommend an actual solution. Quick to make the estimate and setup service for the repair. Communication was excellent and so was the service.

Responded very quickly to get me out of deep trouble. Worked deligently and pleasantly. Explained to me in detail about the work he did and I am very satisfied with his services.

This company came through a Home Warranty Service through Select Home Warranty (HWS) I used to obtain coverage for a repair that I needed. I assumed the HWS covered the charges for labor. Unfortunately, they did not. He charged $150 for labor for repair that took less than 30 minutes. On top of that he charged extra for using a credit card and rounded the amount up which drove up the price. If he had warned me ahead of time before arriving to the property, I would have reconsidered having the service.

Tim and co are always helpful, reliable, and professional. They do great work, and we’ve used them multiple times with ZERO issues. They’re trustworthy, efficient, and consistently deliver high-quality service. We highly recommend Tim for any plumbing needs!
