I bought an old house 2 months ago and have numerous plumbing issues. Tim has been great about fitting me in when it's an emergency. He is reliable and trustworthy!

I used Tim twice in the last couple of months. Once was to do a sewer dig up and install an access line and root cleanup from my sewer, the second was to do a complete change of the kitchen sink pipes and kitchen tube that leads to sewer was galvanized and needed replacement. Tim was thorough, timely, and very professional. I thought his services were very fairly priced. Would definitely recommend.

A year ago they installed a sub pump after a flooded bastement from Restoration one (another company not to be trusted). Less than three weeks later it failed due to the installation, as it vibrated against the side. Tim came out and looked at it he said that he couldn't see when he installed it. He got physically mad at me and yelled at me, when I suggested he needs to fix it. I asked to talk to his boss and I would like for him to pay for the damages, he said he was the boss and stormed out of my house to include slamming the door. This post took so long as we were in discussions with legal counsel on what it would be worth to take them to small claims court. You should fire Tim if he is not the owner of this company, if he is do not give him a dollar of your money.

Tim and Dylan were very friendly and thorough. The estimate remained the same even though they had to come out 3 times. We are happy with their work and would use them again.

Tim will be my all time guy to keep my house in good shape. It is very hard to find someone that will take on your jobs and actually respond. If you need someone to respond in a timely manner, call this guy. If you need someone that will give you a fair price for work needed (and thorough) call this guy. He did a bathtub drain repair and valve replacement. The home needed drywall done as well as a result of what needed to be fixed plumbing wise. He found a part of the plumbing that was not up to code and fixed it. I live 2000 miles away and he was very easy to get a hold of and can handle the job while I am all the way over here. Gets it done.

I've asked for a floor replacement/upgrade due to the great work so far. Call this guy.

They figured out the problem in minutes save us time and money on our end plus. When they came to the job in a timely manner they were in and out with in 30 minutes. I was satisfied with the people very polite, well knowledge and professional and inwas satisfied also with the job done before even walking out the door I could hear and tell a difference. Called Naperville Home Services to replace some bathtub plumbing we encountered while doing a remodel in a 1920s home. They were very responsive and able to do the work within 24 hours. Tim was very experienced and courteous. He had to do a bit of trouble shooting, but had some practical solutions. He was able to complete the job within a few hours! I will definitely be using their services again.

Tim was amazing. He responded quickly and fixed our plumbing issue on time. His estimate was very reasonable and low compared to others.

Recently purchased a house in Dupage County, and had received 'Select Home Service' home warranty. I had an issue with the sump pump floater. A contractor came out and "reviewed" the issue and immediately passed the blame to another company that had installed french drains on the exterior of the home. They had unplugged the sump pump (primary) and left and charged me $70. The basement then flooded over the weekend with the light rain. Thankfully they returned my $70 at the least. While on the phone with them asking for reimbursement, the rep on the phone laughed at my expense and was "yeah you got a lot of issues, good luck with that". My dad ended up discovering that the sump pump float was caught and wrapped up in an electrical cord, and fixed the floater. So not only did they not look at the (one of the) issue(s), they caused an inch of water to be on the floor of the basement and would not recommend as they immediately passed the responsibility to a third party without a thorough analysis.

No I didn't think there was any other obligations for what happened. But the fact remains a diagnosis item was missed & sump pump was left off causing a flooded basement. Didn't appreciate the unprofessional behavior on the phone call, but still thankful that the deposit was returned.

Tim very polite and explained all work they needed to do to fix problems. Would recommend them . Very satisfied with there work.
