This company is a total waste of money. They took payment without delivering any service, no technician ever showed up. When I tried to get an update, their phone calls were consistently cut off. Now I'm disputing the charge with my bank as a scam. Steer clear and avoid getting ripped off.

Quick fix within a day after the issue arose - impressive! The technician showed excellent professionalism and courtesy, completing the job efficiently. Additionally, he provided valuable advice on filter maintenance, including recommended types and frequency of replacement. Great service from start to finish.

I was told the estimate would be free when I spoke to the receptionist, but that changed during the phone interview with the technician. He claimed he needed to assess my air conditioning unit over the phone before coming out to inspect it in person. When I arrived at 2:59, he asked me to take a picture of the unit from the roof, which didn't seem like part of a standard home inspection. When I questioned this, he told me there would be a charge for the visit, even though the receptionist had assured me otherwise. He ended the call abruptly when I expressed my concerns.
I later called the office to speak with a supervisor, who promised they would get back to me. However, that didn't happen. The receptionist eventually called again, admitting she made a mistake and that there would be a fee for someone to visit my home. This lack of transparency is alarming, especially considering I'll be spending thousands of dollars with this company.
I'm extremely dissatisfied with the experience.
