I dealt with Jerry from Felske repair and he truly went above and beyond. He answered all my questions when it came to my dishwasher repair. Unlike national brands Jerry actually tries to fix the issue without just replacing the problem. My wife and I plan to use Jerry to do work on other projects in our home. He has a long term customer in us.

This is our second service call with Jerry, he is always quick to respond and gives honest and fair pricing. Repairs are completed in less than a few days.

Jerry and his guy were awesome. Personable, reliable, quick and knowledgeable. Luckily found them from a Google search after our dryer started making a weird noise. Took care of the problem and even replaced the old vent.

I found this company on our subdivision owners Facebook page someone recommended it. We own a rental property in the Cambridge Subdivision and needed someone to take a look at a washing machine that stopped working. Felske came out and said I needed to replace the motor, he gave me a price and said the part will come in within 5-10 days. The part came in and they went out to install it and after additional work they called and said that it was not the motor it was some other part that needed to be replaced and that it'll be $200.00 less then organically quoted. THAT IS HONOSTY AND TRANSPARANCY AND WORK ATTHITICS ANCHORED IN MORALE so don't walk RUN to call them!!!

This guy is awesome. I called in, hoping to get some advice with being a little skeptical as most people are always wanting money. This guy was able to talk to me for about 15 minutes explaining to me over the phone what works best?.. I would recommend this guy anytime he's easy hassle free, and works with you.

Sent an email asking for help with a dryer that needed a repair. Jerry reached out with a phone call shortly after and was out at my house a day later. Fixed my dryer and cleaned the vent. He took pictures inside the dryer showing the worn parts that needed to be replaced and was super detailed explaining everything to me. Will definitely use again for appliance work at my house and happy to support a local business.

I can't recommend Felske enough. Jerry was amazing. Promptly responded, and was at my home very fast. He's very nice, and knowledgeable and explained what was wrong. My oven broke and he came the same day. Prices are reasonable. Other places I called either didn't respond or it was a weird call center that seemed local but were not at all. Look no further and give him a call to schedule your repairs.

When my dryer went out in the middle of a load I needed to get it fixed right away. I wanted to support a local family business and I am glad I called Felske for the repair. Jerry was able to come out that day and get my dryer working at a reasonable cost and saved me from hanging out my laundry in the back yard. I mean no one wants to see that, right?

Jerry provided installation for my new hot water heater. The one that was changed out was in such disarray and about to be big issue that Jerry wanted to get it changed out right away. Jerry was very thorough and explained the process. Because of how the house was built he had to do a little extra work to fit the new tank in. He did a great job and did not cut any corners. He had also installed a new dishwasher for me as well a couple of years ago and I absolutely love it!! I would definitely recommend him for any appliance installation or repairs you may need. Very friendly and knowledgeable.
