Dave, Joe, and his team responded quickly and provided a quote that was much lower than other restoration companies. They provided a detailed quote immediately after coming out and started the work the day after. I highly recommend using Servpro in Plainfield.

Horrible experience. We've been waiting weeks for the work to be completed following the remediation. Dan and Jeff who have been handling our project have really dropped the ball. They keep telling us someone will be there and then no one shows up. The follow through has been terrible. So far, someone has been at our condo for a total 6 hours. The tile floor isn't level or centered properly in the room. This has been a horrible experience. I would not recommend them to anyone and will never use them again.

I cannot suggest ServPro enough. We’ve used them multiple times for just your typical move in/move out carpet cleaning. This time most recently, for fire and smoke damage. The small fire that filled our house with smoke left an incredibly strong smell. The morning after, we called ServPro and Alec was able to help us that same day. He took the upmost care in helping us through a stressful situation. After air filtration and air fresheners, they came in and ran an ozone treatment to rid the rest of the smoke smell. After that, you can’t even tell our house was full of smoke just one week prior. I highly suggest trusting ServPro with any and all projects you may need. Their service was second to none, and truly cared about getting our home back to normal.

I used this business not only in a professional setting, but also for personal. After calling, someone came out promptly to assess the situation. I will say that I was very impressed with the attention to detail Servpro went through to make this a seamless process. I was hesitant when the gentleman told a small crew was on their way to help remove the damaged padding and to begin drying the wet carpet. They came in, laid blankets down did not even touch the hardwood on the main floor! So awesome. This is a top notch business from start to finish. Communication was impeccable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I recently called SERVPRO due to cleanup and remove mold flooded basement and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Kevin, was personable, knowledgeable, and kept me up to date on what they were doing every step of the way.

From the initial assessment to the final cleanup, the team was professional and efficient. They worked quickly to mitigate the damage and prevent any further issues. Throughout the process, Kevin made sure I understood everything that was happening and answered all of my questions in detail. He let me know of mold spots that were not easy to spot and removed and cleaned anything that could have been dangerous.

Kevin May and his team were EXCELLENT! They came out in the evening after hours when I had an emergency situation happening and started the drying process immediately! When I found the water in our basement from a leaky de-humidifier I immediately called our insurance agent. I had no idea where to begin on this mess! I asked for a recommendation of who does this type of project, and they suggested ServPro of Plainfield. Hallelujah!! I called them and they came out immediately with a bunch of huge dehumidifier fans and got busy drying out, and emptying the basement to begin the cleanup process. I don’t know what we would have done without them! Allen and his team quickly and very efficiently got the cleanup and mold problem handled. Then there was an asbestos problem- & they took care of that as well, too! Allen helped me throughout the whole process- I don’t know what we would have done without him!
Then their reconstruction team lead by another Al :) came out and helped me with all the answers to all my questions about picking out the new products and getting it all put back together better than new! Talk about seen and not heard- they worked and worked and you didn’t even know they were there!
We would highly recommend this company and would call them again in the future without thinking twice about it! It was such a relief to be able to count of them! They were efficient, trustworthy, punctual & very professional! Great teams- very hardworking.
