They brought in equipment that effectively dried up the mess downstairs and which also helped save our kitchen’s hardwood floor. The crew was knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. Our experience was nothing but positive.

Went on vacation for Thanksgiving week and came back to a leaking fridge which caused damaged to some pretty expensive hardwoods. LUKAS was AMAZING. I won't lie I saw him and said OMG they sent me a kid but boy was I wrong. He was smart, knowledgeable, amd most important trustworthy. His communication with us throughout the entire process was hands down the best I've ever dealt with. I could write a book about how great him and the team were. Also once we got to the billing portion BOBBIE was a super star.

I had such a wonderful experience with the ServPro team. I had an issue with the sub pump in my basement and this company came out at 8 o’clock that morning brought all their equipment cleaned up the water in my downstairs and disinfected everything. They left their equipment for two days to make sure everything was dried out.
I couldn’t say enough about this company. They were prompt professional, and my lower level looks better than before I had the water issue.

My sump pump went out and was not discovered right away. Servpro came out immediately to access the damage and come up with a plan. Alan and his team worked amazingly fast to remove everything that was damaged and begin the remediation process. Reconstruction is next and I know I will have the same experience with the reconstruction team. Bill has been a godsend with estimates and working with the insurance adjuster. This started way back in January when we noticed water stains on the ceiling in the spare bedroom and kind of just ignored it because, well, winter. By March it was clearly getting worse so I started looking into what was going on and turns out the roof was shot - like 25 years old and multiple layers of shingles which I guess is not great. All Ways was one of three companies that came out. Their guy spent maybe 45 minutes up there and actually showed me pictures on his phone of what he was seeing which none of the others did. We signed the contract in April and the actual work happened mid-May. I remember because my mom was visiting and she kept watching from the window like it was a TV show. Took them the better part of two days to tear everything off and put the new roof on. They found some rotted decking in one corner that needed replacing which added a little to the cost but they called me before doing anything extra. Six months later everything is solid and dry up there.

All Ways replaced our roof about two months ago and the thing I keep coming back to is just how different the house looks now. The old shingles were this faded green that made the whole place look tired. The new ones are a deep brown and the house suddenly feels like it belongs on the street, if that makes sense. The crew was efficient and kept their work area pretty contained which mattered because our lot is narrow and our neighbor parks close to the property line. Debating whether to redo the front porch next year now.

We talked to a few roofers before picking All Ways. They were just more upfront about everything - what needed to happen, how long it would take, what it would cost. No runaround. Crew showed up maybe four days after we gave the go-ahead, which was faster than I expected. Whole install was pretty uneventful honestly which is what you want with a roof. Looks clean and solid up there.

All Ways Roofing replaced our entire roof and the result is really something. The old shingles were curling and faded and the whole house just looked tired. Now it actually looks like a different property from the street. They matched the color we wanted and the lines are all straight and even along the edges. The valleys and ridgeline look sharp. I was mostly paying attention to how it looked afterward since that was a big deal for us, and the finished product is exactly what we were hoping for.

Our roof was over twenty years old and had started leaking in two spots during heavy rain. All Ways Roofing came out took a look, and recommended a full replacement since patching it would only buy a little time. New roof went on in around two days and we havent seen a drop of water since.
