Jason was easy to get ahold of and to schedule an appointment. Sam was punctual and polite. He did an excellent job on our carpets and took his time, especially in the high traffic areas. I highly recommend them!

I called Dupage Carpet Cleaning to have some rooms in our house cleaned. Jason responded quickly and we were able to set up an appointment that worked with our schedule. His team came to our house on time and were very professional. After the cleaning, Jason was very responsive to any of our concerns and strives to ensure that all our needs were met to our satisfaction. I would definitely use and recommend Dupage Carpet Cleaning again!

Been using this service now for about three years and the professionalism of the cleaners has always been consistent. They arrive when they say they will, they respect my home and family, clean the carpets very well, and are fairly priced. I will be calling them again in 6 months (because I have kids who hate to see anything clean) and in the foreseeable future.

Dupage Carpet cleaning and restoration should have about 10 stars. I’ve used them for 2 years. No job is too little or big for Jason. He treats you like family and always double checks via text to make sure the job is satisfactory. I’ve had small and somewhat big projects and always has been outstanding!! Jason does go above and beyond for his customers!! What’s more important is he always picks up the phone or calls right back. Great communication. I can’t say enough. Also decent rates.

This company was referred to me by a friend, so I called Jason & he sent out a guy that same day to clean carpet that had strong pet odor from previous tenants. They were very friendly, informative and very professional. And, the best part is that the carpet smells so nice now! Very happy with their service. I highly recommend them. Jason is great and prompt with quotes, with a little patience on your end. Supporting local businesses is a big thing so a little patience won't hurt .. DuPage carpet cleaning prices are reasonable and it is great service!
Michael arrived early in the time slot and was done in under two hours cleaning our four bedrooms and basement. Very efficient and effective because I could smell the cleanliness right after!

We needed to have our carpets cleaned and DuPage was great. We had a not so great experience last time from a different company so we were hoping that this time it could be different. It was. Jason was great. He gave me a quote over the phone. He gave me tons of info and was easy to talk to. Sam came and cleaned our carpets and he was wonderful. He did a very thorough job and explained everything. So easy to talk to. You can tell he takes a lot of pride in his work. It's refreshing to find companies like this. I have a lot of relief to know that we found a great company we can use year after year. Thank you guys so much!!!

Jason was able to come the next day after i called for a quote to steam clean the very worn carpets of our new rental home. He was very responsive, easy to work with and did a great job. Our carpet that had many stains looks so much better now. Very reasonable pricing. Will definitely use this company again!

Jason and his team are extremely professional and efficient. With two pets and relatively new carpet, it has been a challenge keeping our carpets clean but we turned to DuPage Carpet Cleaning more than once and have never been disappointed. I have and will recommended them to friends and family and everyone has been happy with the reasonable prices and excellent work.

Very speedy, on-time and carpets (and chairs! and couch!) all look great. I would advise anyone using them to vacuum beforehand, which I didn't do because I am quite dumb.

Update - used them again and they did a fine job this time as well. Particularly worked hard on cleaning our rather grody couch. Highly recommend them. Excellent communication.
