This company just blew my mind and I couldn’t wait to praise them.

Three dogs, a toddler, along with normal day to day living… needless to say our carpets were in desperate need of a good deep cleaning. Two weeks ago, we hired another company as they were recommended to us and they did an awful job. Pet odor was worse than before the cleaning, stains still on the carpet, and dog hair matted into the stairs - I needed to find another company before we host a party tomorrow and absolutely cannot have the carpets looking and smelling the way they were.

I found many recommendations of Dupage Carpet Cleaning and I’m so blown away by their service. Sam and Allen completely exceeded my expectations, as it looks like we just had new carpet installed. I never thought my carpets would look brand new as my main concern was eliminating the pet odor. I’m completely blown away - look no further for your carpet and upholstery needs. I wish I could give ten stars - I’m that impressed.

The guy I spoke to was so unprofessional. He was annoyed that I called him while he was driving. Didn’t even give his name. I asked if he could do it on a weekend and he said employees have stuff going on weekends and that he would “look into it”. Why would you advertise weekend availability if your staff is too busy to do it?? Never heard from him after he said he would “look into it and get back to me”. You must not want any more business if this is how you treat potential customers. All he had to do was say no and not waste my time! Thankfully I found a company that was more than happy to do it on a weekend and they were very pleasant on the phone!

Jason and his crew were amazing. Explained everything and was very real with us about stains etc. he talked to us about proper carpet maintenance and not in a pushy way just trying to inform us. Our carpets are clean and beautiful

Hired them to clean carpet in my new home, honestly an amazing job and made my moving in so much easier. Absolute professionals and do a great job getting every spot. My carpet not only looks new but smells incredible!

Dupage Carpet cleaning came to my house. 19 June 2025, i have had other companies come and clean our carpets but these guys were top notch. They are knowledgable about carpets and what works and doesn't for stains. Told me what they will be doing. Making sure animals were secure and jot goong to escape out of door. There was no mess of water which i have had with other places on floor. A must use company for carpet cleaning and reasonable rates.

Dupage Carpet Cleaning did an amazing job at my home. Jason's team came and went through a very thorough explanation of what to expect. Sam and his counterpart showed care and concern for not only my kids to make sure they don't get their feet wet on the carpet then slip on tile; but also made sure our cat was in a safe place so he didn't sneak out the front door. The cleaning was quick and efficient, I am extremely satisfied. Can't recommend this company enough for residential carpet and furniture cleaning.

We had all of our main floor carpeting steam cleaned and the results were great. The cleaners were on time, completed the cleaning and the results were great. They were very reasonable for pricing and I would recommend them for carpet cleaning.

Very great service! I had the reschedule a couple times but the crew showed up on time and did a thorough job. They even threw in free sanitizer which I didn’t know I needed. It ended up making the house smell so fresh and clean.

I had an excellent experience with Emmanuel from Air Ductify. Not only was the dryer vent cleaning thorough and efficient, but he also installed a very difficult exterior vent that clearly required extra time and skill. He never rushed the job and made sure everything was done properly.

What really stood out was his kindness and professionalism. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was working safely and correctly. It’s rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work. You can tell he truly cares about doing the job right and helping his customers. I’m so grateful for his hard work and would absolutely recommend Emmanuel and Air Ductify to anyone needing dryer vent cleaning or installation.

I would rate it higher if I could. My dryer vent was totally clogged. Emanuel was extremely professional in every way, he explained every step to my husband and I and showed us pictures of the clogged vent and explained how he was going to clean it out. It is refreshing to see someone that takes pride in his work. I already booked for next year! I highly recommend this company!!
