The rug cleaning and the communication are 5 stars!!!!! I'm disappointed that they kept adding in money, to the agreed price. It started at $144 and ended up at $260. I was not happy.

Was attended to by Emmanuel and he did a very thorough job of Dryer Vent cleaning. I wish I know abt this company bfr as I would have used for my Air Duct cleaning as well. Emmanuel was flexible to help troubleshoot issue earlier than requested. He went above and beyond to fix CL9 code, it was tricky where some lint was accumulated at end of the dryer vent and he was able to identify the issue by running dryer removing connection from flex pipe. When we found the CL9 error was not found, we took decision of sucking up the lint which was obstructing air flow to go outside. Once the clean up was done, he double checked everything was alright and took care of our request. He was very responsive and patiently answered all questions. No BS guy. Highly recommend him.

Emmanuel was on time . Had shoes covering on. He was very thorough with his work eventhough our dryer was on a platform and needed to be lifted up. He did that and even sweeped the floor behind the dryer . With my experience with other companies they never moved the dryer because its more work for them . Dryer would still give an alert that is clogged . No issue with that now . I highly recommend Emmanuel and his company. Emmanuel was also pleasant.

I got a Groupon to fulfill a TRR requirement on a whole-house underground vent cleaning. Alex and Collins at Airductify in Oklahoma City did a great job and were thorough! My house smells better now, too. ☺️

They showed up when they said they would. They were done within the time that they predicted. They were very efficient did not blow. Dust around the house would certainly recommend them.

Joe and Lee came promptly on time and did a great job. A good business cares about the details and once the whole thing was done, Joe took another look around to make sure that he had picked up everything and my house was back to the way it was. I really appreciate that.

Edit: I just went downstairs and one of my sliding doors was off the hinge and part of the sensor on it was broken off.

Update: The company reached out to me and did everything they could to correct the situation, Which I really appreciated.
