A few weeks ago we received a deep cleaning and have been keeping up with a weekly cleaning. Clean Heart Maids is wonderful! Our weekly cleaner is Liz and she always does such a wonderful job!

Of course everything was pristine clean, and I loved the smell of their products, but what blew me away was the thoughtfulness in the way they placed everything. They arranged and placed things with such care as if it was theirs, and that’s what I really appreciate. I now come home so excited and relaxed. Thank you a million to Brittney’s team!

Clean Hearts Maids of Three Rivers have been such a blessing! Having a clean environment for my family is so important to me, and it's very difficult to maintain that while juggling work, school, sports and everything else. Their attention to detail is unmatched, and they are always willing to address any problems or concerns as quickly as possible. And their products are all non toxic!! I can't even begin to express the positive impact that their services have made on my family's quality of life. 10/10 would recommend!

I had Clean Heart Maids of Three Rivers come to my home after some remodeling for a deep clean. Not only were they professional and thorough, their attention to detail sets them apart. They also used natural cleaning products so no chemical smell. My husband and I were so thrilled with the outcome.

We’ve been using Clean Heart for about 5 months and couldn’t be happier. They’re professional, friendly, efficient, on time, and do a wonderful job. It’s been easy to contact someone when I’ve had questions or need to make a change. Highly recommend!

Yesterday, Brittney and her crew of three amazing ladies did a deep clean on our house. They showed up promptly at the scheduled start time, took a quick look around the house and immediately went on to divide and conquer. The did a fantastic job dusting, vacuuming, cleaning the appliances, scrubbing the bathrooms, making the beds and, get this, WIPING DOWN EVERY LIGHT SWITCH.
Brittney has an amazing eye for detail and made sure that every nook and cranny of the house was cleaned to her professional standard. This evening, I was working on my granite counter top and I could literally see my reflection in it; and I really mean literally. Definitely going to check out the ongoing maintenance so that my house looks awesome every day!

I am highly impressed with their services. I reached out as I need help with all the house cleaning. They were able to get me in the calendar right away. Brittney and her team were very thorough and meticulous. My house is very clean and I am really impressed. They also did special touches throughout the house as well. Will definitely use them again and again.

When we started using this service it was just a couple with their own cleaning business, called Utterly Clean Maids. The next thing we knew, “we’re growing our company”. Shortly after that, they joined forces with a larger company and changed their business name to what it is today. What started out as having the same couple cleaning our home, went to people we never even met in our home on a bi-weekly basis. This company advertises themselves as thorough, leaving your home spotless, and cleaning those forgotten areas people tend to forget about. This was definitely NOT our experience. I consistently had to reach out after services were performed because something was inevitably missed. The last straw was coming home after services were performed to find dust and debris on floors that should have been cleaned. Even more disappointing, the business owner (Brittney) was very dismissive about my feedback and her responses often came off rude and snarky. In my opinion, if you are paying a cleaning service to clean your home, it should look like your home was professionally cleaned. Otherwise, I can do a half-hearted job cleaning my home and save myself $300 per month. Don’t get me wrong, we had some instances where we were happy with the service performed, but those were few and far between. Overall, we were very disappointed with the service provided by this company and are choosing to take our business elsewhere.

First time I used this company and it will not be my last! They did a fantastic deep clean of my home!

I highly recommend Clean Heart Maids of Three Rivers. Each time they have done a great job and coming home from work to clean and tidy house is a great feeling. The staff has been nothing but friendly and reliable.

What to even write.. It has been extremely difficult for my husband and I to get a handle on our home while he works full time and I work three night shifts a week with a two year and 9 month old at home. I have had not so great cleaning experiences in the past, so I was reluctant to get started with another service. Wow, was I pleasantly surprised. Our house is brighter and happier after the deep clean. I was almost brought to tears when I walked in the door, immediately realizing that I had found my people.. I don’t need to keep searching for a new cleaning service, spending lots of money and still having to clean what they missed after they leave. I continued to find little details that I hadn’t seen on my initial walk-through after the clean. I just can’t tell you the amount of stress that this takes off of me. My husband and I were so relaxed after, not needing to stay up late after kids’ bedtime to clean! Although our daughter did her best to destroy what had been done (toddler life!), we are still so grateful and are excited for our next clean!

Unlike others who have never used your company and give a bad reviews, I have nothing but positive feedback. No matter who shows up to do our weekly cleaning in Aurora, they always do a great job despite the challenging atmosphere we have. Keep up the good work!!
