I am very satisfied with Cleaning Authority’s professionalism, timely manner, and cleanliness! I’ve been utilizing them for months now, after being a returned customer from utilizing their services for years prior. The team is friendly and leaves our home spotless every time. Rosa/Rose cleaned my house last and she was alone and still was excellent!!

My girls are great! Not only good at their job but pleasant to work with. They arrive on time ready to work. Hopefully this will be my forever team. My home sparkles when they are through and make for a relaxing weekend. Jennifer and Peyten and trainee Chasity also make my house shine

We’ve used the cleaning authority for a couple of months and generally have been happy with the service. We do get different crews every two weeks and there is a difference in how well they clean. This week Dee, Richard and Jessica cleaned our house and did a wonderful and thorough job. I made a list of 3 areas which I wasn’t happy with the previous time and they made sure to get to the items I had listed and did a good job.

This is the 3rd service I received. The first 2 were deep cleans and this is the first standard clean. I want to be honest here as I know people like myself actually DO read and value these reviews. I didn't realize that each appointment would be different people cleaning. The first deep clean I was extremely happy with. The second was terrible. It was definitely NOT what I would call a deep clean of anything. They skipped over many things and thankfully I was there because I was able to see what kind of job was done and not done.. I was considering canceling any further service, however,I wanted to give them one more chance and I'm very glad I did. Now I will say I did not call or complain about my dissatisfaction because I wanted there to be no previous knowledge of any issues or problems. This time (today) the same person who did the initial deep clean came back and I was so happy because she did an amazing job. I asked if I could request her and her partner to come every time and she said yes that was possible. I like having someone who knows my specific needs and wants.. I have several animals and a child. Morgan and Kayla are wonderful and did a very thorough job. I am very happy with the results and will be requesting them from this point forward. Overall, I am glad I gave them a second chance.

I have had my initial A & B cleaning and am very satisfied. This week Stephanie and Jeffrey did the cleaning and did a great job. My bathrooms have never been so thoroughly cleaned and I can't find dust anywhere.

Great prompt service especially Jennifer and Peyton. They do a great job and are always cheerful.

We have used the Cleaning Authority for 15 years now and for the most part happy with the service. They tend to send different crews for the cleans and there can be a big difference in how well the house is cleaned. I give the company three stars for not keeping the same teams for each clean and inconsistent cleans between crews. Can’t correct a team if they don’t come on a regular basis. Note this is based on 15 years of service.

After years of on and off service, Kerri was assigned to me last year and I have gotten an excellent and consistent clean each time she has come to my house. She is reliable, honest, caring, dependable and consistent cleaner. I can’t say enough good things about her. I give her five stars! She’s fantastic!!

Disappointment that Jazz was not at my clean today. She and Kerri make a great team. Kudos for Richard! He did an excellent clean! Really appreciate it!

George and Lilly did a really great job on my apartment deep clean today, they are very friendly and hilarious. I definitely recommend this cleaning company. I am a very happy customer and will continue to do business with T.C.A.

The ladies that came today were amazing! They worked so hard on our house and were very polite to me, my children, and even our dog. They also left a cute note on our drawing board. ❤️

We've been using TCA-Plainfield for about 3 months, and it's obvious that they take great pride in their work.Their regular cleaning is always meticulous, and they provide a focused cleaning to specific areas each visit as well. You can also tell that they care a lot about customer service, as they check in if there are any issues and do everything they can to ensure complete satisfaction. I can't write enough good things about their service so far.
