Crew handled my roof repair super quick. Heavy rain hit right after and not a drop inside. They worrked clean, polite, and left the place neat. Really glad I called them.

Our roof in Plainfield was about twenty years old and starting to cause real problems every time we got heavy rain. We had been dreading the whole replacement process because we've heard horror stories from friends about roofing contractors not showing up or dragging things out for weeks. Luckily that was not our experience at all. The estimate was fair and the person who came out really took time to walk us through what was happening with our current roof and what the best options would be going forward. We picked a mid range architectural shingle that they suggested for houses in our area and got the work scheduled for the following week. The crew arrived early Monday and they were moving from minute one, no standing around or wasting time. Two days in and the old roof was completely off with new underlayment down. By the end of day three we had a brand new roof and it honestly transformed the whole look of the house from the outside. My daughter said it looks like a completely different place now. Cleanup was thorough, they even ran a magnet roller through the grass and along the driveway for stray nails. Really happy with the roofing result.

They were supposed to show up to only do my front yard. The price was reasonable so I decided to give them a try. They were supposed to show up every 4 to 6 weeks. I had to call once because 8 weeks lapsed between sprayings. Another time they showed up 7 weeks between services. Then they came on August 14th to do an aeration. The weather was 92 degrees outside and they went into my backyard without asking and knocked over paving blocks and almost took out my hot tub. I'm just confused on how a lawn service would aerate when the ambient temperature is so hot it's almost impossible to grow grass. It is supposed to be done in the fall. I will not be using them again and I'll be giving tru green my business from now on. My neighbors yard was serviced on a more timely manner and they seem extremely happy with the service that they receive.

I pointed out a few problem areas to Aaron. Aaron explained why weeds were present on the parkway area and the measures he was taking to eliminate them. Aaron took time to explain proper lawn maintenance to me.

I cut back the shrubs from where they meet the lawn in front. Weeds near the barrier need to be sprayed. I can't tell if they were. Also, the little wedge of grass on the north side of my house needs to be sprayed, if it wasn't. Otherwise great job!

Tim is great! He lets us know when he has arrived to do the service and lets us know what he will be doing. He’s always friendly and polite. Always does a great job!

Great service highly recommend I’ve had problems in the past with other companies. i’ve asked that they contact me and make sure that they ring the doorbell because I have dogs and I have to lock the gate. Other companies have left without ever doing that. Elijah was very courteous made sure he got a hold of me before doing anything and spraying my lawn I highly recommend him along with Spring Green.

After a July application we saw awful lawn burn. My husband called with our complaint and whoever took the call really tried to put the blame on us, REALLY? especially when the burns are in streaks, it wasn't like that before S.G. came. We love our technician but will cancel because we were offered an aeration instead of an apology or refund.

Philip always calls the day before an application to let me know to not let my dogs go out for at least 2 hours. I also let him know about some thistles that were coming up near my garden. Those weeds were gone in less than a week. Very satisfied with not just the service but the price per application. I also received my core aeration and grub protection at no additional charge.

Manuel introduced himself. He explained the service he would be applying and asked if I had any questions. He quickly went about his work. He even took the time to say goodbye. Manuel is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I look forward to working with him, and I'm happy to continue my longtime business with Spring Green. Everyone tells me I have the most beautiful lawn and yard on the block.

Sam with the irrigation team had his guys do a sprinkler install for me. They were extremely responsive and great to work with. Highly recommend. Sprinkler system works great and my lawn is looking great!

I have used them for 2 years already. Similar behavior both times, but the last one was worst. They have terrible customer service. They never follow up and do a very poor job. This year they came to turn on the irrigation system. The guy put the valve and left it leaking water. He tested the sprinklers and noticed a couple of them had low pressure. He said he would change one of them for free because it could cause the pressure issue on the other ones. Which he did. It didn't work and the guy told me he would schedule a visit to someone to install a pressure booster (also for free because they are giving away some of those to get more customers). They never called or showed up to do the job. Instead, I've got a bill charging $150 for the irrigation repairing they didn't perform.

Ordered aeration. The service was completed within 3 days. Great work. Eric pushed the service through since my lawn required some urgent attention. Person who did aeration spent some extra time on the areas that required more work. Good value for the price.

Aaron, from Spring-Green was terrific. He introduced himself after arriving at our home and explained what he was going to do and, went straight to work. Aaron did his work very professionally and diligently. He was very kind and courteous when he interacted with us. All we can say is Thank You, Aaron, for the great job.

The technician name Aaron Rose did a good job and spray fertilizer the whole area thank you very much for the service 👍
