We recently had Illinois Wall Doctor construct a gorgeous two-story board and batten accent wall in our family room, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, the team was professional, timely, and an absolute pleasure to work with. The pricing was very fair for the quality of craftsmanship we received.

The contractors were extremely mindful of our hardwood floors, taking every precaution to protect them while working. They also showed a lot of patience and flexibility with our pets, which we really appreciated—it made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

I had a problem with my outside garage lights and timer. They were quick to come out and explain to me what the issue was. It was fixed right away. Very friendly family business. Will be using them for any future electrical needs I have.

Gave details of ceiling fan installation and was told that they are booked 1 month out which is understandable but then I was also told to find somebody else to do the work. Initially was trying to get a quote for 3 fans installed.

Last Saturday i called because our electric dryer was creating a sparking in our breaker panel. Called around 10ish, Louis called back 15 minutes after i left a message. He was out very promptly after and showed me 1st hand what had happened. Long story short i needed a new breaker panel. They took care of everything, pulled permits, called with updates, arrived on time, very polite, cleaned up their work spotless, i have no complaints.

Today (9-24-19) 2 technicians (Bennie and Ryan) arrived right at 730am as promised with my new panel and wire to run to my microwave. They worked relentlessly ripping out and replacing my new breaker panel. Mine is inside my wall flush with my drywall. New panel was larger. They cut drywall, redid some piping coming into the box, ran new wire. And cleaned everything up to the point that i barely knew they were even here. Kept me posted as they went along, joking around with my wife and I. It just made for a very pleasant experience all around. Your crew i had today went above and beyond and traced and labeled everything also, old wasnt labeled. And i was NOT looking forward to doing it myself.

I too work in the skilled trades, so i know how some employees are... its always hit or miss with companies and their workers. Not these guys though! From my original call, to the completion and final payment of the work, every person i interacted with was very professional, very helpful, respectful And courteous. They seriously made the whole dilemma so painless. Really goes to show a lot for a company and your employees. I DEFINITELY will be reccomendding you to my friends and other customer of my industry that need an electrician.

I called this electrician, from Portland, Oregon to service my rental property in Shorewood, Il. He responded promptly, and had a service technician out to the property within 30 minutes. Excellent pricing, excellent service, and took payment over the phone. VERY PROFESSIONAL! Excellent customer service, which is hard to find in today's society.

My daughter's above ground. pool was removed and the electrical power needed to be turned off. Elmer did a terrific job and explained everything he did and even showed me pictures! Extremely professional and friendly. The price was very reasonable.
