Constraction reviews in River Grove, Illinois

I used Magdan on a referral from a regular customer who happened to ve in our business when we had a water line burst in the ceiling. I called explained the situation and they sent someone over right away. Definitely quick and responsive. They were able to get the situation resolved in less than an hour after the initial call. Great service and reasonably priced.

Adrian and his crew were incredible. They were never a minute late each day for 2 months and did an incredible job on our kitchen remodel. His expertise and craftsmanship were top notch and his knowledge was very impressive. Needless to say, our experience with Magdan’s Construction team was above and beyond. We look forward to hiring them again for a master bathroom remodel in the future.

Magdan Construction replaced my gutters and facia. It was very quick and easy to get someone out to review the job and provide my husband and I with a quote. The quote was reasonable and they were able to start days later. Couldn’t be happier with the price and quality of work that they did. I would definitely give them a call for any future needs.

They made me old kitchen into a new beautiful modern one! The old dingy cabinets are now sparkly and new. I am very impressed with how professional, efficient, and affordable they are. I will definitely come back to them again if I am ever in need again.

After having Magdan fix our basement interior wall due to water damage, we discovered that the issue was not actually addressed as we had water damage again just a few months later. While Magdan inspected our basement, they assumed that the sump pump didn’t clear water fast enough and overflowed, but in fact it was a crack in the foundation near the sewage line that they didn’t see and never fixed. Getting somebody over here to look at this issue, as well as other projects we wanted to work on was near impossible. Multiple cancelled appointments over the course of months and after a while we just gave up trying to work with them. We found another contractor that addressed the foundation issue but would’ve saved a lot of money and time if this was addressed the first time.

What a great company and very professional! They listen to all your needs and are very detailed in their work. Do not look any further and call them today. Excellent service and customer service is impeccable!

Highly recommending Magdan Construction !!! Extremely satisfied with roofing work provided by very professional crew. Great performance and super fast service. If you need any repairs this company is definitely worth considering!

My parent’s roof was damaged after the storm. I called Magdan Construction and from the first time I spoke with Luke he did his best to understand my situation. He walked me through the whole process and then followed up with the formal proposal. I appreciate how professional and organized they are. Friendly staff, on time, estimate reasonable. Overall great experience, will recommend to friends.

We sourced Magdan to re-side our garage after moving into the home. It was in bad shape. Their contractor that came out for the estimate was very professional and detailed out what could be done at multiple cost levels. They were responsive and quick with scheduling once the contract was signed. Those doing the replacing were very considerate of the property space and made sure the work was done well and all was cleaned up after. They even replaced gutters that we didn't ask for! Highly recommend.
