From start to finish, this company exceeded all of my expectations and truly went above and beyond to ensure that my project was a success. The attention to detail and precision was very noticeable. They took the time to understand what I needed and were always available to answer any questions or concerns I had along the way. Used Magdan Construction for complete new gutters, fascia, and soffits all around my house and it came out perfect better than i ever expected. Really transformed my house by going from white to brown. Completely satisfied with their work and speed. They are willing to work with you unlike some company’s. Happy Customer

It started with a leak over the window. First, small drops of water, paint peeling off, growing mold and 2 kids in the room. What I thought was a small repair, became a huge problem. Uncertain who to trust with a quote, we called Magdan Construction Crew for help.

Adrian came for a quick inspection. He nicely explained that we need to fix the wall and replace the entire window. Surprisingly, he said that most likely this renovation could be covered by insurance, but his team had to review contract. It was such a help, since reading an insurance contract is quite challenging. As predicted by Magdan’s technician, the renovation was covered by insurance. After the insurance paid our claim, the things got moving quite quickly: crew arrived and cleaned up mold, repaired wall over the window and replaced an old window with a beautiful one. Magdans crew is efficient, quick, and clean. We do not have to worry about rain destroying walls, or mold. Most importantly, I can recommend Magdan Construction Company to everyone.

Magdan Construction installed R15 insulation in my home's exterior walls and sided my house with Hardie board and it looks amazing! It all started with Adrian coming to my house the day after I spoke with him and he spent three hours measuring the outside of the house. He brought plenty of samples of siding colors and made us feel unrushed, as he patiently listened to us and gave us input on the products available. He provided us with a timely and detailed proposal to do the complete job, which included a detailed listing of all costs of materials and labor. Once we accepted the proposal, the Magdan construction crew arrived a few weeks later and went to work. Adrian introduced me to the foreman, Jose, who kept me informed of the crews progress and was available to answer any questions and address any concerns I had. The crew did quality work and kept a clean and organized work site at my home. The work was complete in a little over a week and the results were outstanding! My home exterior looks great! I highly recommend Magdan Construction

Magdan Construction has a proven reputation of integrity and an exceptional work ethic. Their word is golden and they have earned my respect and recommendation "10 out of 10!" We are 100% impressed and grateful that Magdan installed our new roof and beautiful, flawless kitchen in perfection! Believe me, it's rare in today's market to know a company of this caliber!

I appreciated working with Lucas representing Magdan. The communication was great and the work was done in a timely manner, meeting the expectations from the initial call to discuss the work that needed to be done to replace my roof. They even handled my claims with the insurance company themselves.

It was an easy and overall good experience. If you’re looking for roof replacement, I recommend Magdan Construction.

I recently had my roof done and couldn’t be happier with the results. The team was professional and prompt. The attention to detail was impeccable. I highly recommend their service for anyone in need of roofing - they are the best!

The best construction company in Chicagoland. Highly skilled and very professional. Choosing them is a blessing. My house was destroyed by fire and they did a wonderful job in reconstructing my new house from top to bottom. It made my home the most beautiful house on the block.

My house was destroyed by fire, MAGDAN construction came and completely restored my house . The restoration was breathtaking, the quality of their work was outstanding. It was a total gut rehab and they rehabbed everything. The contractors were professional and they explained and consulted with me every step of the way. I am totally pleased with their work. I am definitely referring them to friends and family. Thank you MAGDAN construction for my beautiful house.

Magdan did a great job drying out our home after we experienced water damage. The team responded quickly and had the equipment set up right away to help prevent any further issues. We appreciated their fast and professional service!

I used Magdan Construction to tear down my old garage and build the new one . It was very great experience with the whole crew. I highly recommend if you want someone to do great work !

Fixed our roof and saved us money: Failed attic fan caused moisture and plywood rotting in a small section of roof. I was afraid that we need to replace entire roof for lots of $$$, but they inspected damage, replaced couple of plywood sheets, installed new fan and matching shingles. Saved us a lot of money. Quick and professional. Highly recommended.

One word can describe the job that this company has done - OUTSTANDING. I'm very pleased with the way they work. Great results in a timely manner! We had a fire and they did everything they could to make me want to use our kitchen again... if you are looking for someone who will do exactly what you asked them to do - they are your guys!

My experience with Magdan left me with serious concerns and a lot of unanswered questions. What began as a home renovation project became increasingly stressful due to ongoing issues with communication, billing clarity, and expectations around the scope of work. Several things that came up during the process did not sit right with me and led to a breakdown in trust.

Despite efforts to address these concerns directly and respectfully, i was unable to reach a resolution that felt transparent or fair. The situation eventually escalated into a legal dispute, which has taken a significant emotional and financial toll on my family. We are facing the very real fear of losing our home while trying to sort everything out based off of a fraudulent mechanics lien .

In our experience, key issues included:
• Unclear and inconsistent communication about project scope and costs
• Billing that we felt lacked transparency and raised questions we could not get clearly answered
• Work expectations that shifted from what we originally discussed
• Difficulty resolving concerns despite repeated attempts to communicate
• Escalation to legal action rather than collaborative problem-solving

I understand every project and client relationship is different, but based on our experience, i strongly STRONGLY , STROOOOOONGLY encourage others to document everything, ask detailed questions, and pay close attention to anything that feels unclear before signing contracts or making payments.

This review reflects my personal experience, and i hope it helps others proceed with awareness and caution.
