OK, This is the first repair shop that was able to diagnose and repair a major appliance that I had. Adam, cam, on time, was able to diagnose the problem and had a replacement part in his truck. Cleaned up everything in the area and then showed me ways to prevent future issues. Very professional, this shows a company with high standards.. I will ONLY be using them for future problems.. Highly Recommend

Very disappointed with customer service. Had a set appointment. Technician was a no call, no show. When I finally reached a service rep, I was told they overbooked and can't make appointment. I was then told to find a new appliance repair if I needed repair. This was a Home Depot warranty Job.

CHW and their approved vendors cannot be trusted for any work. My induction cooktop had one burner malfunctioning. We raised a claim and we were assigned MORGAN APPLIANCE REPAIR to perform the work. When the technician came first time, we paid 75$ cover fees and the guy inspected it. He mentioned that burner needs to be changed and he needs to order the parts. MORGAN APPLIANCE REPAIR came back after 10 days with new parts. The guy replaced the part and the cooktop never worked after that. He was there for 2 hours and the issue could not be resolved. He said he will go as it looks like circuit breakup. Next day i was told by CHW that there was oil in the induction and that is the reason the cooktop is not working. The technician never mentioned to us about Oil (which is absolutely false and fabricated). CHW and MORGAN APPLIANCE REPAIR joined hands in closing the case mentioning that it is upto me to prove that there is no oil in induction cooktop. I was not able to cook to 7 days as we did not had anything. I had eventually buy a new cooktop to continue further. it is upto CHW if they fix your appliance or not. Their customer service was equally rude in saying case is closed and nothing will be done.

Had a great experience , he was very helpful and knowledgeable. Was able to get my microwave delivered within 48 hours washer to follow asap. Delivery was prompt and efficient.

Ace came and fixed our fridge super fast. He was friendly and communicated the issue. He ordered the parts for us and was back in a few days to install it. Service was fast and friendly and the fridge is working again!

My Sub-Zero refrigerator stopped blowing cold air. I called Morgan Appliances and they found a time to send a technician and make a diagnoses the next day. Parts were ordered and my fridge is back to working. Ace was reliable and professional and showed up on time. He also answered his phone when I called him, a HUGE plus in my book.

Your technician Robert came on time that he called me and gave me the arrival time. He installed the soap dispenser. He was a very nice and well prepared as well as organized technician, Beside these qualities he had also a peaceful, calm and friendly interaction of voice, I wish the rest of technicians be like him.

Brandon gave a written estimate of parts and labor for my Amaña washing machine which needed a new rubber gasket. When the part arrived, Morgan Appluance set up a convenient time for Brandon to return and install the part. He did a very nice job and I am satisfied with his services.

These guys were sent via Home Warranty of America which in an of itself, is a scam. They sent an individual out to assess a microwave that, felt like it blew up the other day. There technican showed up in a t-shirt, shorts and tennis shoes, no company logos on anything. Assessed our microwave and said, parts needed to be ordered. This morning, I get a message from HWA stating that there is nothing wrong with the microwave. So now, we have a microwave that we frankly do not feel comfortable using because it sparked a few times while using it. So we will just have to go out and replace it.

Of yea, the call center is outsourced to Kazakhstan, which is not a problem, until you try to speak to a supervisor. I can only get in touch with them via email. Which, when I sent an email, it came back "undeliverable".

Morgan Appliances is a scam, Home Warranty of America is a scam. If anybody tells you to use either of these, I would not trust that person.

This is the worst ever service provider. A guy named Ace came to fix our Decor stove. He needed to change outer coil of one of the stove top but he broke all the others in the process. He was there 2 hours trying to fix but couldn't and then ran away without providing any info. He submitted report to insurance company that its because of oil. What a shame. Its a plate cover stovetop. There is no way for oil to go in there. We are having a loss of ~$3000 :( because of this company.

This has to be one of the worse repair service companies I've ever delt with. My icemaker wasn't working and I have an extended warranty plan in which I was originally told by you that the icemaker and water vavle were going to be replaced. The service tech came out the first time and did absoultely nothing and I needed to call you to find out whats going on. I continually needed to call you guys for updates and kept getting different answers as to what was going on. So it took almost 2 weeks before you guys came back out only to find out he replaced a water vavle. I couldn't get a straight answer from the tech on any of the questions I asked. I would not recommend using you guys to anyone I know.

Our Maytag washer unexpectedly stopped working mid-cycle. I scrambled through Thumbtack as we urgently needed it repaired, and came across Brandon’s page. He responded immediately and was able to come that same day. He was professional and thorough. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with Morgan Appliance Repair. When I called them to report my damaged washer machine, they immediately dispatched a technician. Within a few hours, Assida had identified the issue, explained it, and rectified it. He worked on my washer while explaining everything, which I appreciated. Excellent customer service; no issues. He was really open and honest about the cost as well!

This appliance repair vendor was referred to me by my home warranty. They were very responsive and respectful. They came out the next day and diagnosed what was wrong with my dish washer, ordered the part and gave me an estimated date it would arrive. The technician Adam explained everything and when the part arrived came to my house and finished the repair. When the part turned out to be defective he went to the warehouse and returned to finish the job. He took care to make sure there was no damage or mess due to the repair. I would use them again. The office person was also very nice.

Technican Ben came out and replaced my igniter for Viking oven and now im happy to start cooking again! Thank you and highly recommend!

Morgan Appliance was great, the technician showed up within 90 minutes of calling and repaired my Viking microwave with no issues.

I hired Morgan Appliance Repair to fix my Sub-Zero refrigerator, which had not been cooling. Technician Adam came out and replaced the fan motor, fixing it within an hour. What a professional team and super nice price! Highly recommended.
