Hello there, just wanted to leave a review I have a microwave and oven combo, over a week ago my microwave stopped working! I went on line to find some one, find Alan appliance with good reviews, call them and someone came in right away and took care right away, I want to thank Mike very professional and polite got it working again!

I am so happy we found this company. We've worked with them twice for refrigerator and stove repair. We won't call anyone else. Thanks again!

My Thermador oven stopped heating. I needed it repaired, because my family use oven everyday. Alan Appliance Repair responded really quickly, and they are specialised with the high end appliances. They also gave me the discount for my bosch dishwasher! Good repairman, excellent service!

AAR came out to diagnose my dryer. The technician was great and completely thorough. And it is ONLY because of the technician that my rating is not lower. After being approved by my warranty to move forward with the repair, AAR couldn't be bothered to send the technician back to do the repair. They said they needed to see the approval and get confirmation from the warranty company. I emailed them the documentation. They then told me they had to verify from the warranty itself. After nearly three days of no response for AAR, I called my warranty company to get an update. On that call, they attempted to call AAR while I was on hold. They couldn't reach anyone. I tried the number on the website myself five times and all five times received a busy signal. I emailed Donna, the dispatcher, and received no response. I had to call the technician directly and he apologized for the issues I was experiencing and said he would try the company himself to see if he has better luck. I then texted Donna at the number she texted me on and continued to receive no response. I don't understand why a business doesn't want to make money? I'm practically shoving it to them but they refuse to take it.

Update: Even though I showed them proof of my approved claim, they wrote me this, which makes no sense. How is this company still in business??

Even if we missed the call they still didn’t send us confirmation email.

Response to AAR, I DID contact my warranty company and they confirmed that the approval is valid. That you are able to do the repairs. You are choosing not to. Can you explain why the discrimination?

Answered/responded to an email on a holiday weekend for our dryer! Tech was polite, timely, and friendly. He quickly identified the issue, ordered the parts, and was back as soon as the parts were in… even gave his cellphone number to text him. Absolutely recommend and will definitely use them again (but also hoping to not have to LOL).

Our dryer was making this loud rattling noise and so my husband went online to look for a local company that can fix it. He found Alan Appliance Repair and I filled out their online service request form on Monday night and by Tuesday afternoon, I received a call from the company inquiring what the problem was and they had availabilities within 1-2 days. The customer service rep I spoke with explained the cost of the home visit and what to expect when a technician came. The gentleman that came to fix our dryer was professional and came within the 2 hour arrival I was told. After doing his assessment, he explained what part needed to be replaced and was fortunate that he had one available. He was able to fix the problem and now our dryer is running as good as new. We will definitely be calling Alan Appliance Repair in the future.

I had an issue with my Liebherr wine fridge that turned out to be more complicated than expected. Mike replaced two control boards and stuck with the repair even when the first part didn’t solve it. He got it working and was fair on price. Would recommend him if you need someone who doesn’t give up when it gets tricky. Thanks Mike!

Alan came in diagnosed the issue with my freezer/fridge not keeping temp. Low on freon and probably a small leak. Gave me the price (very reasonable). Came back when my schedule permitted and took care of it. Freezer has been like brand new ever since. Highly recommend him.
