Amy and her team did a great job of cleaning my dad's house to get it ready to sell. Amy's communication before, during and after the cleaning was exceptional. My expectations were exceeded! Thanks!

We asked Amy and her team back for another deep cleaning.  This time around I wasnt having her do my closets floors or my refrigerator, but I did add my showerhead this time....otherwise the same. I should add that we have high wood beams and a wood ceiling that I wanted dusted.  Neither of us wanted to get on a ladder.  (Now remember this is a small 1400 sq ft house)

Last time her team  cleaned our cabinet knobs and faucet in the kitchen.  Whatever product was used literally ate into the finish of our knobs and faucet and has caused discoloration and damage.   We weren't asking for money, but to be careful so as to avoid further damage.

A few minutes later all if a sudden she complains to my partner that the house is a mess and too much.  The cost to clean it  now doubles from last time.  This is while they are already here and cleaning... what is this.. a weird pressure tactic?? well guess what they were told... they were asked to leave. What was different this time from the last.. nothing.. there was actually less asked of them this time..

I came home later to find my bed unmade by them. I question this.  I have significant allergies to dust.  Why unmake my bed and expose my sheets to the dust you are making in the room.  This is not good at all.  The reason I hire someone is to deal with the dusting, and deep cleaning.  You expose my bed linens to dust as you clean.  Wow.  Not good.

So yes she did a good job cleaning the previous visit. But damaged my faucets and knobs. Then all of the sudden the price increases for her team doing the samething she did a few months ago.

My home is not dirty or bad.   She exposed my bedding while cleaning and dusting with no thought to the possibility of my health or reason for hiring her to do the cleaning.

So I say be warying and use with caution or at least change your sheets.

I have text proof and photos of services that were supposed to be provided by the owner Amy Glenn that she did not perform and then fraudulently take money knowing the services she didn’t perform. After confronted she pretended she was going to give money back…which she never did! Then created lies on social media that she has now deleted but we have screen shots still to prove she harasses customers and doesn’t back up her services!

They did an amazing job!! I called last minute with a family emergency and needing a clean within 4 days and she got me in. They scrubbed walls, stove, doors, window seals and vaccummed out my couch. They were pleasent to talk to and very friendly. I would highly reccommend them and will be passing out their card.

Amy and team were incredibly responsive, thorough, and prompt. They sincerely helped alleviate my workload with a deep clean while I was at hard at work. I am incredibly happy with their service and would recommend them to friends and family!

Horrible experience from the beginning! Unreliable, unprofessional, verbally aggressive, and didn’t provide the deep cleaning service she promised!! Now, she is harassing me on social media and with endless calls and text messages!! I have all the photos and conversations to prove it, and have found several other people with the same experience as mine. Stay far away from Amy Glenn and her business!

I had a really bad experience with them — they never even GOT to the point of cleaning my house. The purpose of the deep cleaning was because I had an event at my house. They were aware of this. They came for the estimate, booked a date, then cancelled the morning they were supposed to come, saying their “subcontractor was sick”. … I had no idea they were subcontracting the job, but agreed to a reschedule date of THE DAY BEFORE THE EVENT. That morning they texted to confirm timing. Texted again to ask how I was planning to pay. There was going to be 3-4 people doing the deep cleaning. Then…. Silence. No show. No answer to my multiple attempts to contact them. They literally ghosted me and left me high and dry with the Christmas event the next day. Then at MIDNIGHT sent me an apology text saying a grandchild was sick, which I have empathy for. I get it. People get sick. But what about the other 2-3 people who were supposed to be showing up? Could nobody at all do the job? Or contact me??

I hired R & A Cleaning service to do a deep clean of our new home before we move in. A crew of 4 arrived at my home on time with all of the tools needed to clean everything including high, wooden ceilings, windows and walls. They did an excellent job and were very friendly. They helped with recommendations for other services I asked about as well as they are all local. Thank you ladies! I will certainly use you again when needed!

R&A for the last 2 1/2 years they have done a phenomenal job cleaning for my family and a number of my neighbors .this is the first time I've ever heard anything said negative about them they are always kind and professional and do a above standard clean they really care . They also have been very about with the community I recall they did free cleaning services for seniors and disabled vets. They sponsor a Christmas tree, lighting and sandwich. They have done donations for gayla's and events. They have been in our parades, trunk or treat in downtown sandwich i recall, I think they've been a member of chamber of commerce . As I look through the post that was posted every story has two sides and a lot of you were very quick to jump on the bandwagon and to slander her and her business . Yes I did l Read the post and saw the pictures. Yes, there was some hair that was Left behind and she said that she did offer to come back and fix it and she tried to call the lady several times and the lady just wanted her money back and I do think it's odd that she paid RNA the total amounts but then went on Facebook and said she broke her toilet. If that was me I would have immediately not paid them and tell them they were to compensate me for breaking my toilet. So to me a lot of things aren't making sense or seem very dishonest. Let's not be so quick to throw people under the bus. I will continue to use R&A house cleaning and services;!;! and I will continue to rave about the work that they do

We used Amy a few times many months ago and her work continues to haunt us. The cleaning products she uses are eroding the finish on all the kitchen knobs and fixtures. When I add up all the damage including to our king bed, she cost us nearly a thousand dollars. She and her staff are
well intended and energetic but she doesn't know what she is doing

I am a single mom of 3 and I work 2 jobs at least 60 hours a week! As you can imagine the last thing I have time for is cleaning! I saw someone recommend R&A House cleaning services on the neighborhood fb page and I couldn’t have been more pleased with them! They contacted me back right away. Got me a cleaning within two days of my request. They did an amazing job in my home and took their time to really get to all of the details that I don’t have time to focus on. I would recommend them to anyone!

I never like leaving a bad review, but what took place last December still leaves a bad taste in my mouth and needs to be shared. We've been having our house cleaned by R&A for close to a year, and they had always done a great job.

On our scheduled cleaning for December however, the cleaners never showed. We waited all day for them, and when I attempted to contact Amy throughout the day I could not get through to her. I tried following up over the next several days but not once did I receive any response from calls or texts. To this day I have not been contacted by Amy or anyone at R&A after the incident.

Whatever the reason for the no-show, whether it was a scheduling mix-up or even if they decided they just didn't want to clean for us anymore, isn't what bothers me. But ghosting us after the no-show was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

Amy and her team did a deep cleaning for me and did a great job! Amy is very professional and made sure to instruct specific details she would like cleaned. She also squeezed me in her schedule on a last minute attempt to get my house cleaned. I am very pleased and will continue using her company.

Amy and her team had only did an amazing job…. and with only one days notice. Amy has done cleaning for us in the past and has always been prompt, courteous and thorough in everything they do. Well done!

Amy did a fantastic job & did a deep cleaning on every room in our house. We had put on a addition & drywall & concrete dust was all over everything.

I was delighted. They showed up on time and were very professional. They did a very thorough deep clean. They were very polite and considerate. My 100 year old aunt was at home and she loved them too! I was at work and Amy sent pictures all day of their progress, which was fun.
My 126 year old house shines and I can enjoy the fun stuff of prepping for Turkey Day without being exhausted. I definitely recommend them. I plan on getting on a maintenance schedule. Thanks Amy and your elves!

Amy and her crew are fantastic!! I moved into my home a few months back and it had been vacant for several years. Due to my hectic schedule I never could do the thorough cleaning it needed.. From ceilings to floors everything is gleaming!! First time since I moved in the house has looked and smelled clean. Amy is outstanding! She now will be coming 2x a month to maintain it.

Our house is an old farmhouse and we moved in about two years ago and it’s never been cleaned.

I had Amy and her crew come out and do a deep clean and it was like a brand new home. We all cried because it just looked so good.

Wow!!!! I cannot say enough good things about Amy and her cleaning crew! Having just had some remodeling done and needing to get ready for the holidays, Amy was able to squeeze us in for a deep clean. They cleaned things that I hadn’t noticed needed to be done. They were prompt, courteous, efficient, thorough, and very pleasant. I will now be able to enjoy the rest of the holiday preparations. I highly recommend this cleaning crew and look forward to using them again!

We arranged for a deep clean service after some construction for home improvements. There was dust everywhere, and they did a great job wiping every surface. Bathrooms were sparkling. The cleaning crew even got my stove shinier than expected.

We asked them to return for a standard cleaning which was excellent as well. Amy can arrange for different schedules such as 2 weeks, 3 weeks, or just for the holidays. She discussed options with us until we were happy with the services we chose, a reasonable price point, and a flexible return frequency to fit our needs.
